So much work that needs to be done! Room was very dirty. Hair in the bathroom. Missing smoke detector, wires hanging from the ceiling. Patio door would not lock, therefore it would not stay shut. Oh where to begin!!!! No phone or clock in room. Bathroom door about to fall off because it had so many holes in it. Carpet was soaking wet under the window, half the tv channels didnt work. You walk into the lobby which is o.k. and start down the hallway! Heavy smoke wafts into one's nostrils and being a non-smoker you are already set for an awful night. We had a nice room, but did have hot water for the shower issues. They are remodeling this hotel, so does have a few problems now and then, I"m sure, but overall we were mostly satisfied with everything. The continental breakfast was fine, the coffee good. The desk would not honor the reservation I had made through a 3rd party reservation site. They tried to get me to pay again for a room. Spent an hour to get a refund from the booking company. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A MOTEL! You've been warned!

After only one night stay we were covered with over 100 bites, head to toe! This is NOT an Econolodge or part of Choice Hotels corporation. Total lie. Refund on room was spent on medications to treat our misery! This place has been reported to the Colorado State Health Dept. and Larimer County Health Dept. for inspection. Save your money... More
