So much work that needs to be done! Room was very dirty. Hair in the bathroom. Missing smoke detector, wires hanging from the ceiling. Patio door would not lock, therefore it would not stay shut. Peeling wallpaper. We arrived at 3:00 check in, were given the keys and had to stand in the hall and wait for housekeeping to finish... More

Oh where to begin!!!! No phone or clock in room. Bathroom door about to fall off because it had so many holes in it. Carpet was soaking wet under the window, half the tv channels didnt work. We tried using the "hot tub" but it was so cold the first night we stayed in it not even two minutes, the... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and was impressed with the quality of service provided for the price that I paid. The front desk staff was accommodating, and the room was CLEAN. There was a micro + fridge in the room, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi! The clerk walked me down the hall to show me room 107, which... More

You walk into the lobby which is o.k. and start down the hallway! Heavy smoke wafts into one's nostrils and being a non-smoker you are already set for an awful night. We had room 108, do not stay on that side of the motel. Late travelers checking in - you get the treat of theire headlights into your room. Bed... More

We had a nice room, but did have hot water for the shower issues. They are remodeling this hotel, so does have a few problems now and then, I"m sure, but overall we were mostly satisfied with everything. The continental breakfast was fine, the coffee good. Had a nice indoor pool and hot tub, which we didn't use. We would... More

The desk would not honor the reservation I had made through a 3rd party reservation site. They tried to get me to pay again for a room. Spent an hour to get a refund from the booking company. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A MOTEL! You've been warned!

After only one night stay we were covered with over 100 bites, head to toe! This is NOT an Econolodge or part of Choice Hotels corporation. Total lie. Refund on room was spent on medications to treat our misery! This place has been reported to the Colorado State Health Dept. and Larimer County Health Dept. for inspection. Save your money... More

This hotel is in need of a major overhaul! The decor in the room was very old and outdated. The grounds have an excessive amount of overgrown (knee high) weeds all along the perimeter. There seems to be only one employee day and night who lives in the hotel. I was concerned that the back door was unlocked 24hrs a... More
