Ask for almost anything at the desk and these folks will bust their backs to accommodate you. Our group discovered their hospitality to be in a very rare group. Need directions- great- need advice on places to eat- they're spot on- forgot a razor- here ya go! Centrally located to all the attractions in Ft. Collins is an additional bonus.

This is a lovely hotel, with everything you need for comfort, but not the place for everyone (more on that later). I stayed 3 days and nights, including one night the hotel was full, and loved the character and location of the building, good service, comfortable bedding and amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee, above-average soap/shampoo/towels). My stay was in a standard,... More

Stayed at the Armstrong Hotel because there wasn't much else available when we made travel plans. We really lucked out! This is an older building and as long as you know that going in, there won't be any let-downs. This hotel is within walking distance of several breweries, shops, restaurants, etc. We stayed in a room overlooking Olive Street, so... More

Interesting little hotel, perfectly situated to see Fort Collins. Easy walk to anywhere you want to go in town. Beautiful cat welcomes you to the lobby. Fantastic service. The queen beds look more like doubles and the standard rooms are very small by comparison to newer hotels. Remember if you book here, it's an older hotel. Comfortable and fun for... More

My husband and I stayed at the Armstrong to celebrate our anniversary. The location is great. We were able to walk/bike to shops, restaurants and breweries. The biggest problem was that the walls of the hotel were paper thin. We were able to hear people coming and go all night, even when they weren't being loud. We were awakened three... More

I really like this hotel and the location, and the female workers there. There are two guys that man the desk however, who are pretty rude. My fiancee and I stayed there a few weeks ago (he works for the government) and we checked out, I went home, and he was going out of town. His the job he was... More

I love everything about this hotel. The decor is nice, the beds are comfortable, the staff/service is welcoming, location is perfect! The jazz bar downstairs has great drinks and tapas and the live music is a must! I've stayed here multiple times and I can't wait to come back.

This boutique hotel is in the heart of the "Old Town" area and within walking distance to many great restaurants, bars and lots of shopping. The hotel is very clean and we even saw the cleaning staff polishing the old woodwork in the hallway! As for the rooms, we stayed in a 2 bedroom room which was quite comfortable with... More

The Armstrong is in a convenient location, with lots of charm and a very friendly and helpful staff. We liked that it wasn't a cookie-cutter room--had it's own style and vibe. My daughter's room had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit, but our suite was perfect, comfortable, quite large, and all around a great choice.

Recommended by a friend that lives in the area. It was nicer than I had expected from website. Clean, modern and I would absolutely stay there again. It is a unique boutique hotel. Awesome restaurant in the basement.
