The owners are incredibly rude. My parents stayed there for two weeks over the summer. My dad once said "hey" to one of the owners and he made a big deal about my dad saying "hey" instead of "hi". I figured dad overreacted. Today we took our children there for one night of tent camping before winter. Their tent pads... More

Despite what other reviews say. We found it to be the cleanest, tidiest and best equipped KOA we have been to. Lots of kiddy stuff, large common areas, and friendly staff. It's mainly for big rigs, but they have Kabins and even a tent camping area. We have a small van and found it fitted in best close to the... More

This is a great park with great activities in a prefect location. We stayed with our toddler for 10 days. We were able to ride out bikes into Fort Collins neatly everyday. The trails to the city are easily accessible. The park staff was always friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back! Stayed in a 40' motor home.

The staff is VERY rude, inconsiderate, and do not care about there guest, my daughter was staying with grandma and grandpa and was having a life/death situation with diabetes and I had to get to her, they wanted me to stop and get a registration pass, we told them no and what was going on and went to the site,... We too have concerns with the management of Lakeside KOA after a scary experience. We did share details of our ordeal when we got the standard KOA email asking for our comments. Unlike most KOAs, Lakeside KOA has blocked posting their customer reviews on their corporate KOA website. But at least the KOA corporate office was made aware of the... More

I love going to a place where the staff is rude, the facility is run down and on top of it they over charge my card and make me file for a partial charge back. This was the single worst KOA I have ever stayed at. I tried to contact ownership to no avail. This was intentional. From the run... More

We are new to camping and KOA and this was a great start. The cabin was clean, there was plenty for our kids to (ages 6, 5, 3) to do, and it was close to everything we needed in FC. The site was great, compared to some of the other KOA's in our trip. Downside: pricey.

We stayed at KOA - Lakeside in Fort Collins before, so we didn't check out their reviews. When I made our reservation they said $850 non refundable. I told the guy the only reason I would pay that is because our grandkids could come see us. Never did he say, we charge $10 per person per visit. Never did they... More

I'm a real quiet, easy going guy. My girlfriend and I stayed in a cabin at the KOA for a few days, I'll make this short: -broken windows -broken AC (it was 100F) -dirty dishes -the employee named Rick I was fixing my new tent that I got in the mail on the front lawn, Rick drives up in his... More

Had a horrible time here. The first cabin we were put in had broken windows and broken doors, you could not close the bathroom door at all, and the dishes provided had greasy finger prints and lipstick on them. We had gotten in late and decided to deal with the cabin in the morning, but when we asked to be... More
