def the hardest/firmest bed I have ever TRIED to sleep on. Only because they are 20 miles from Brek can they charge $120 for a room like this. Beware it is a one star hotel. A breakfast is provided as simple as it is ... Muffins and yogurt... Hard boiled eggs. The room did not have a comfortable chair and... More

We had the a king room at the end of the hallway on the second floor. Very quiet and clean. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was okay, but there aren't many other options in the area. The staff is very nice and helpful. Booked a room again for this weekend.

Let me start out by saying that the prices for lodging were very good. However, the problems began the first night. We paid a little extra to get a Jacuzzi tub in one of the rooms and there was no hot water the first night. We stayed there 3 nights and the WiFi never worked well. I could barley check... More

This was a nice hotel, the room and bathroom were very clean which is always a plus. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I'm not sure if I'll ever be in Fairplay again but if I am I would probably stay here.

We paid $99 for a double queen room, more than we paid at a Drury Inn in Denver. This hotel is way over priced - it is a little better than a Motel 6. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the showerhead was caked with lime (or whatever is in their water) and the beds were... More

Good place to stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of thickest towels. The internet service was non existent in our room and we had to spend some time in the lobby trying to connect. We were surprised that there were only muffins and no bread, otherwise cereal and yoghurt was enough for us. I would recommend this... More

Had connecting rooms. Comfortable and clean. Prices ok an breakfast was substatial. Staff was receptive yet always busy and not real talkative. All in all, good for the price and hope to see you again.

Poor internet reception, sparse breakfast--hardly a meal, pleasant staff but try to find them, rudimentary exercise room, '60's rooms. But who cares? If you're in Fairplay, it's likely the outdoors that attracted you, not hanging around in your motel. Awesome mountains surround you and many other outdoor options. You can go to a restaurant with WiFi if it's that important... More

We stayed here for a meeting with our company. The meeting was in a home in the area. The room was nice and clean. Staff was nice. But the internet was horrible and would never let us on. The breakfast was basic - sweet rolls, small muffins, yogart and cereal - also some fruit. But it came with the room.... More

Stayed 3 nights. Very happy with the room. The breakfast was basic but did have bananas and fresh peaches. Would stay again as its a great location for hiking. It's on the highway but traffic noise wasn't bad.
