I was so pleasantly surprised with this property. It has such charm and character. I like the fact that it is tucked away off of the "main drag" which eliminated the feel of staying in a town. However, we were close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was so very friendly. I loved the lawns and the... More

A beautiful and peaceful retreat! The creek was a high point for us. Very clean, great breakfasts, staff was super and accommodating to my gluten free needs. Very close to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!!

I spent the first night on Evergreen in the Comfort Suites which I highly recommend. I am not sure how the Highland received a superior rating. The room was small and very dark inside. The bathroom was small with a tiny angled sink. The shower was very small and I am not a large person. I would bang my elbows... More

We stayed at the highland Haven when visiting family in evergreen. The hotel is charming. On registration, they give you a complementary glass of wine or beer. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed with free wifi. Breakfast is included which was quite good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked a last minute romantic getaway here, after reading good reviews and viewing the amenities. We stayed in the Gardener's Cottage which we felt was pricey for a room that was smaller than we expected, attached to the motel building and smelled musty. The jetted tub wouldn't work either. We did enjoy the steam shower and the breakfast, though... More

The location here is just great, being beside a fast flowing creek, just out of town. The rooms are comfortable and well fitted out, with parking right outside the door. Reception is particularly helpful, and wanting to ensure that everything is to your liking. Breakfast was a wide buffet, that should suit most tastes, and the facility to have it... More

My boyfriend and I spent a night at Highland Haven to celebrate his 40th birthday and to catch a show at Red Rocks. The location is absolutely beautiful and the accommodations only added to it. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

As a recommended lodging for the Red Rocks Amphitheater, HHCI didn't disappoint. Despite late season snow, we had a georgous time. This family run business caters to your every need. Whether you choose the guestrooms, cottages or the tree-house, you will have a delightful visit. We came on Mother's Day weekend to see The Moody Blues and enjoyed the HHCI... More

Highland Haven is a unique place to stay. From the exterior it is rustic and in the woods, but the interior has all the modern conveniences and unique touches such as a tree-house, and a room with a curved arch looking like a hobbit house. The Breakfast is also very good, and the people working there take an interest in... More

Hubby and I enjoyed our little getaway in the snowy mountains! With 2 feet of snow on the ground, the place was a winter wonderland. We loved the creek in front of the property and the walkable distance to the cute shops and restaurants was a plus. Breakfast both mornings was delightful! Blue Spruce 2 Cottage kept us warm and...
