It was only my second trip to Colorado but I will go back here in a heartbeat! It was lovely and from the moment I walked into the wide lobby with the lovely high ceilings, I felt at ease and a personal warmth. It was quiet and everything was of the highest quality--the bed clothes, the fantastic restaurants in the... more

Hotel staff were wonderful from the bellman cleaning the snow and ice off the car, thru Erin the conciere who sat on the telepohne for 35 mins trying to get me a new flight, Chris on the front desk who coldnt have done more , Matthew (call me Mat)... more

Good business hotel. Decent breakfast, courteous staff. Did not have New York Times available, I found out (too late) that you need to request ahead of arriving. more

This was our third conference stay at this lovely hotel and conference center. The rooms are well appointed and very clean, public areas inviting, staff very nice and the property is well kept and attractive. The gift shop was closed so my husband couldn't buy his morning paper. Staff said they have been waiting for fire department approval of renovations... more

We stayed two nights while visiting friends in the area. The front desk staff, along with everyone else in the hotel, was very friendly. Upon arrival, we were offered to upgrade to the club level for an extra $25. This was well worth it because of the wine reception from 5:00 - 7:00 and the breakfast/coffee in the morning. The... more

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was very small and noisy. There was a lounge on our floor but the internet was often unavailable because so many other people wanted to use it. Also the hotel has no vending machines so you have to spend extra$$ for room service or go to the bar. The staff... more

Spent a 3-day weekend in a Club Level suite -- tasteful and elegant with stunning views of the Rockies. Customer service, from the front desk to room service to the spa, was impeccable, warm, and intuitive. Sunday brunch in the Garden Terrace is not to be missed and, as we live in the Denver area, we come here to brunch... more

The Inverness is a hotel geared for business conferences. It's not that big- 5 stories, but has a lot of conference rooms of varying size. The rooms are great, I had a wonderful King size bed that was extremely comfortable, the room was tastefully decorated, and had the extra amenities of free wireless, in room coffee pot, in room snacks,... more

Nice clean well run hotel that has a golf course but no real golf deals for the single traveler. The rooms are small around 280-300 sq ft. nothing really special about them. The hallways are narrow and the maids will wake you up with their carts. One thing that surprised me was the extra $8 fee they tack on above... more
