The only thing nice about this crappy place is the location. Good food nearby. That's it. Nothing else good at all. more

The "non-smoking" room harbored stale, acrid smoke. The cooling unit blew musty air. The beds are not comfortable. A majority of the guests were laborers and young people. The side exit (to be opened by room key only) was propped open with a rock every time we entered and exited, even though I removed it several times. The desk clerk,... more

This is where all of the local contractors from plumbers to landscapers dump their laborers. Immigrants cannot afford the high prices of rental homes in the area and are therefore housed here instead. They live here with sometimes 6-8 people living in ONE ROOM! Make no mistake about it! At 5pm the hotel is litterally overrun with local laborers making... more

I cannot say that I have ever been less impressed by a hotel experience in my life. First, do not make a reservation beyond your first night--this hotel charged me upfront for the balance of my entire reservation. Has anyone else EVER encountered this policy at another hotel? Second, the hotel is staffed with quite possibly the rudest group of... more

We booked the hotel at hotels.com but they did not honor the rate at first and had to argue to get the reserved rate we had. Also, the clientele their is sub-par. The night we stayed there, there were 15 teenager in the room next to use partying and fighting keeping us awake to make for a miserable day the... more

Web site says "Fully Equiped Kitchen" - there was a stove top, but no oven. Np lids for pots & pans. (Therefore we were unable to cook the dinner we had planned & brought food for). Sparse dishes, flatware. Coffeepot lid didn't fit so couldn't use (& no filters provided). Even Motel 6 provides coffee in the lobby! Be prepared... more

The Silverleaf was the only hotel that had 9 rooms available when we made reservations in early June 2006 because of the July vacation period and a dog show over the July 8 weekend. It was obvious why - when we arrived the rooms were filthy, no beds were made, and the non-smoking rooms reeked of smoke. We requested maid... more

We had to stay in Eagle for one night. After calling around, all prices were in the $130 to $150 range. I was excited when I found out the Silver Leaf Suites were only $79.99. Rooms all had kitchenettes. When we arrived and saw the sign advertising "weekly rates", I began to wonder. From the outside, many of the screens... more

On arrival they found our on-line reservation and assigned us a non-smoking room. When we brought our bags in it smelled like they had gone overboard with the room spray, but was not bad enough to complain. When we returned from dinner around 9PM the spray had cleared and we discovered that the room reeked of stale smoke. Since there... more

Chose this hotel based on friends' recommendations. Reserved online at the hotel's own website and paid for our non-smoking room in advance. When we arrived, they could not find the reservation. The front-desk staff didn't know how to handle it; the night manager was very good, but our reservation had disappeared. They had one very stinky smoking room left. We... more
