Delightful little place! Rooms are comfy good size, very clean, friendly & accommodating staff. The lobby is "Rocky Mountain Lodge” decor with a big warm fireplace in the winter & leather furniture to snuggle into to, to read a paper & just relax. I have had to spend a lot of time in Eagle over the past year. Fortunately, the staff at the Americinn made me feel constantly at home. After having our reservations "misplaced" at the Glenwood Springs Silver Springs Motel, we were forced to backtrack through Glenwood Canyon in the dark to find a hotel to spend the night of 8/6/04. After our room being given away at a different motel, my family had no place to stay. But at eleven o'clock at night, the Americinn took us in just as if we were family!
