Very convenient, comfy room, one night we had great Pizza and cocktails the second night must have had another chef and I couldn't eat the pizza it was horrible nothing like the nights before!! For skiing it was fabulous, good blue and green runs and plenty of different runs to go on for a couple of days..

Great staff at the entire resort. Rooms are great . If you are renting ski equipment it's in the same building so very convenient. The mountain view rooms are worth any extra fees the views are breathtaking and you learn what it takes to get a ski resort going in the morning from the warmth of your condo.

This village is compact and if you stay in any of the rooms, you will be close to the slopes, shops, and spas (saunas, hot tubs, etc.). I liked the lay out of the property, which made it easy to get from the slopes to your hotel room and back - no need for van rides, shuttles, etc. It's also... More

Location: My daughter was moving into her dorm at Ft. Lewis in Durango and we were looking to stay fairly close to Durango, this condo/rental was NOT close to Durango, at least a 30 minute drive. At night, driving to Purgatory it is pitch black and a very hard drive especially if you are not used to driving in the... More

I was expecting this to be our luxury room on this trip. The bed and bath met that expectation BUT the room was very small, just large enough for bed and dresser. There was only 1 chair, no desk or table. The common areas were stuffy and the elevator was a safety hazard! Elevator access was by key card only,... More

We booked three nights at the Durango Mountain Resort in the Village Center building. It was a one bedroom corner condo 305. It actually is a two bedroom with the second bedroom locked so we couldn't use it. The resort is about 20 miles our of Durango so we were pleased to see they had a restaurant, pizza, bar and... Not enough activities for teens, purgatory condo was okay but many lamps not working, not enough toilet paper and towels replenished, the chairs on the balcony were too low or railing too high as we could not enjoy view sitting outside, we waited 45 minutes for room to finally be ready and this was after checkin time of 4:00 p.m.!!!!... We visited with our 2-year old daughter for a long weekend. The one bedroom condo was very spacious and comfortable. The condo we were assigned had nice decor and beautiful views. We could see people zip lining from our window which was lots of fun for our little one. Only complaint is regarding the outside decks. The railings seen wider... More

Great stay at the condo hotel. The entry lobby area was nice and entirely what we expected. The decor was a somewhat dated but still very neat and clean, just needed a little updating. My husband found this condo among many owned by private parties and leased when not needed by the owner. This is my first review of a... More

I firmly believe that if you chart a line that represents the price to stay a hotel and a second line that represents the quality of those lodgings, there will be a point where the lines cross and quality decreases as price increases. This lodge is just past that point. The room wasn't dirty, per se, just had shabby touches... More
