We stayed during the annual motorcycle rally (we rode in from Texas for the rally). They were biker friendly, placed bike cleaning rags out for those that wanted to wipe off the road grime. They have a pool, hot tub and sauna. The hot tub and sauna are below the motel so no view there. The rooms were nice (although... More

Upon getting to the room, I was really pretty pleased. It was a large room with a flat screen TV, refrigerator, small microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer and I especially liked the Tempur-Pedic mattress. The décor was a little dated, but not bad. However, the sleeping the first night was very bad. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and... More

This is the second summer that we have stayed here and it certainly suits our needs. The rooms could use some updating and the A/C is very loud but overall comfortable. The breakfast area is very small and the selection is not great. The staff has always been courteous and helpful.

Our first room was perfect, had a separate bedroom for my father-in-law, but the sinks were backed up so we had to move. Second room was good, just a bit tight for the 5 of us. The beds were comfortable, the a/c worked good, however their Internet access is horrible. Even at 5 am in the morning it was difficult... More

We apologize for inconveniences you encountered during your stay with us. Unfortunately the plumbing issue could not be repaired during your stay and turned out to be quite complex. We hope you will come back and see when you return to Durango. We will try to make your stay even more enjoyable. More

The best about this Hotel was the comfortable bed. Outdated but the room was clean. AC Unit was loud. It was good to have a room on the lower level towards the back, the Street side is noisy. Skipped breakfast there, breakfast area is tiny and the choices were slim.

Our room was great! Very clean, every day. It was quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. Had a good variety to choose from. The waffles were delicious. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. By the time we left, I felt like they were my new friends. We'll be staying here again next... More

So I didn't exactly have high expectations of this place. It is one of the cheaper places to stay in Durango but at over $150 a night, you kind of hope that it won't be a complete disaster. When we arrived the door to our room was sitting open and since it had been raining all day, it was cold... More

Please accept my apologies for the terrible time you had at our hotel. It is our goal to make sure every guests stay is pleasant. The response from our front desk is inexcusable and has been addressed. As for the insects, this was due to the door being left open. As you know, Durango has thousands of trees and with... More

I liked the memory foam mattress, my husband said it would take some getting use to. The room is old, but clean. It had micro, fridge and a seperate sink for others to use when someone was using the bathroom. The breakfast area is small but had a nice selection, including heat and eat pancakes besides the waffle maker. Too... More

We loved these rooms. Yes, the decor is very out of date, but it was clean, and the rooms were huge. The beds are memory foam (not exactly sure what kind), and very comfortable. The rooms have window a/c units, and it was a little difficult to regulate the temperature in our room. The pool is great, the kids loved... More

Room was clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. The memory foam king bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. All staff interactions were very positive.
