We shared a 2 BR suite with our grown kids for 2 days. From here, you can easily get into Durango in a couple of minutes, you can drive to Mesa Verde or Four Corners (once of that was enough!) take the Narrow Gauge Railway to Silverton. The hotel is nicely maintained, good parking, friendly staff and a fairly good... More

We have stayed at this Residence Inn the last 3 visits to Durango and have decided this is the only place we will stay. Kristen (front desk clerk) has honored our room requests and the morning breakfast crew is so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are great, they are spacious and clean, just perfect for my adult family when we visit... More

The Marriott hotel chain is a well practiced, well run organization. I have always enjoyed their extra expertise and level of care. This Inn was typical Marriott. While walking the dog we ventured onto 3 very large raccoons. They were beautiful but I went back into the hotel quickly because of the dog. I know they take things because I... More

We stayed in a one bedroom suite on points for two nights in late August. This Residence Inn has been updated and is just outside of the center of Durango. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfasts had something for everyone. Our suite was clean and feather free as we had requested. We would stay there again!

Second time we have stayed here and haven't been disappointed with this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and gave us some good information about things we wanted to do in the area. Our one bedroom suite was very nice and very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was very accommodating to our needs... More

We stayed in a King studio during a recent stop in Durango. The staff were most helpful during checkin and throughout our stay. The room was clean, very comfortable with all the amenities expected of a Residence Inn. A very good size and suitable for a family with small kids or couples. Parking is free which is an advantage over... More

Stayed at this hotel on rewards points, otherwise at the really high summer rate would not have done so. Had a king studio which was a great sized room with all the amenities you would expect from a Residence Inn. The location is pretty good with easy access to the old downtown area of Durango and eating/drinking places there. During... More

We stayed one night in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. The suite was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. We never heard any noise from outside of the hotel. We did hear some noise from the hall and upstairs, but nothing that was too bothersome. The free breakfast is very... More

My kids and I stayed here a week during our family vacation in July. Room was what I've come to expect from a Residence Inn property--clean and well maintained. The hotel is located on HWY 160 and about a half mile walk to the train station and downtown. It's an easy walk along a sidewalk and a neat pedestrian bridge... More

I booked this hotel well in advance for a business conference my wife attended. I specifically asked for feather pillows to be delivered to the room prior to our arrival. On arriving we found pillows in the closet. But they weren't feather pillows - my wife complained. I ordered another set. They delivered another set. Same thing. What Marriott claims... More

Thank you for your response. As a valued guest, your comments mean a great deal to me. Please accept my apology for any inconvenience you encountered while at our property. I am taking steps to ensure that the staff know the difference between feather and foam pillow. As for the staff eating, I allow the staff to come down fifteen... More
