Booked 3 nights, comfy beds, kind of small but very clean room. Covered pool and hot tub were open pool was quite chilly hot tub felt great! Good location. Breakfast selection is minimal basic continental choices. Not our 1st time to stay here and won't be the last.

Good price, kind of a standard good quality motel room with two queens, a frig and microwave in a good location on the main street where we could easily catch to free city trolley to get right downtown...a beautiful covered pool and a nice breakfast...

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. It is close to several good restaurants. The domed pool is very neat like being outdoors without the noise and cold. We will return to this hotel anytime we are in Durango.

BW Mountain Shadows is definitely not the highest or lowest on my list of sleeping establishments... We had three rooms, the heat didn't work in two of the three units. The location is great. We enjoyed the steam/pool room. The rooms have been cosmetically re-done since my last stay. Staff was nice. Nice hot shower with great water pressure.
