This place is right on the river, sites are standard size and very clean well run park. Little more pricey then some of the other parks but well worth being on the river and farther away from highway for the noise.

We stayed 4 nights here and had a great time. The property is in a beautiful area right next to the river. We were in our RV and our site was level and shady. All the services worked great. Loved the picnic table and fire pit. The property is 15 miles outside of Durango but the drive is not far... More

This is the first time our Winnebago Itasca Travelers Grand Circle Caravan has stayed at this location. Most of us will not recommend it for a return. I'm sure our caravan got a discount for the number of rigs we brought in but those with pets were charge an extra $5 per! The manager was extremely rude and harsh with... More

I'm actually putting in an extremely LATE review but its getting close to the cooler season and its a reminder of the great time we had at Durango Riverside Resort. We stayed here last year on Oct 10th and took advantage of "special rate" available. Our cabin was the "engineer" cabin right next to overlook deck. It was at the... More

We stayed in a wonderful cabin right on the river. Our front porch looked out over the beautiful Animas River, and the sound of the river flowing at night was great for sleeping! There are lots of different type cabins to choose from. There were also lots of families in RVs, some in tents, and they all seemed to be... More

We stayed here for 4 nights, 1 bedroom cabin with our teenage girls. We had a beautiful view of the river, shared bathroom was always clean, store staff was very friendly. Possibly nicest campground around too for campers and tents!! Can not wait to return!!

We camped for one night and enjoyed our visit. Lots of campers/motor coaches, but we tent camped. Restrooms/showers were very clean and the front desk service was excellent. The park was full the night we were there, but surprisingly, the campground was very quiet...no problem sleeping. Would stay here again next time we are in the Durango area.

Stayed here during the 4th of July weekend. We booked early in the season and had a chance to pick our spot which was a great bonus! I would prefer this over a first come gets the best spot. Reservation process was easy and they called to confirm which space we wanted. I had read mixed reviews on TA so... More

I camped here for two nights while on a motorcycle trip. The tent sites are nice and have electric and water available. The restrooms and showers are nice enough and are kept clean. The park's location is fantastic being right on the river about 15 miles north of Durango. The little store is well stocked and run by friendly staff.... More

First of all they put us in a site that was to small for our 5th wheel and the hook ups were on the passanger side. Our hook ups were being used by our neighbor. When we alerted the front desk they told us to go tell our neighbor to move. I mean seriously isn't that their job? We went... More
