Stayed here with my husband and adult son for 2 nights in October. Excellent condo; comfortable and well-furnished. My son enjoyed his loft bedroom. Less than 10 minutes drive into Durango (railroad depot and main street). Highly recommended.

A great place to stay in Durango if you are going to be there for a while and don't want to eat at restaurants all the time. Clean, well-stocked, and convenient to downtown. No, it's not perfect or luxurious, but the price is fair.

What a disappointment. A/C was window units that were unable to cool the place down and it was marginally clean. It is pretty beat up outside, although inside had fresh paint. Carpet still had hair in it. We spent the same $ in Telluride for 10 times the condo in condition, space, and cleanliness.

This was a great place to stay while your in durango....Its very clean and has all the comforts of home. Its about 5 blocks from the main street of durango, so its at the center of the action. Its a quite location with a great view. We had the condo K room 48....great condo.
