My family stayed at Colorado Trails last summer, which was our second year and are now completely turned off . The setting is beautiful, it is unfortunate that the General Manager was so snide that it truly impacted our vacation. For over $8000 we had un-clean rooms with little daily service. We just returned from a wonderful week at Colorado Trails. Jeannie and her staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Wow! Our family of two adults, two children 10 and 6 have just got back from possibly one of the best holidays we've ever had!
