I have been coming here for 4 years now. My daughter and I absolutely love this campground. We have always stayed in one of the cabins by the river. Coming up several times throughout the season. It's very peaceful here and Billy and Lainey are the best!!! I'll miss them and hope to visit again soon!

The Dolores River Campground is great! It feels like going to summer camp. We spent a rainy weekend here and the weather couldn't dampen this cool spot. It's a beautiful, quiet, campground on the river. It has lush vegetation and a fun family feeling. They even have a common room with books and games to play on rainy evenings. Plus... More

Surrounded with trees and the Delores River is right there too. This campground is very clean and well maintained and the owners are very nice. We definitely will return and I highly recommend this place.

This is one of the cutest places for a mountain getaway. They have something for everyone to do. They even had a couple pairs of geese and their little ones wandering around the camp and swimming in the pond. They had a pet walk and all the amenities to go with it for are furkids. T rex room was great... More

Beautiful shaded grounds, good spacing between trailers, pond and the Dolores River immediately behind the back in spaces, friendly people who go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your stay, clean laundry and restrooms. We were traveling with a 23 foot trailer and chose this campground because of its proximity to Mesa Verde and Canyons of the... More

Dear 592robert, Thank your for your kinds words! It's one of our greatest joys when a new guest arrives and is pleasantly surprised with what they find here. We enjoy what we do, and meeting people from all over the globe is just one of the highlights. Hope to see you again, Billy and Lainey More

Beautiful and spacious campground/RV park, with amazing cabins. You can choose to camp, park, or stay in a sleeper or full-amenity cabin. Nestled right beside the river, we were able to experience a full Colorado outdoor camping adventure. We chose the amenity cabin, and it was very comfortable with two small children. If you're in the area, I highly recommend... More

The folks at Dolores River Campground know how to do it right: the hospitality is second to none, the cabins and the grounds are charming and well-kept, and the location by the Dolores River couldn't be better! So nice to have access to showers too. : ) Close to so many places, we made it our home base for several... More

Had a great time at DRC with the Beyhan Clan! If you want some offsite adventures... the campground is really close to Ouray, Telluride, Silverton, Durango, Mesa Verde National Park (and the list goes on)...but once you drive through the campground gate... time slows down and life flows with the pace of the river... Perfection

Came here for four days and camped out with a few friends. Campground was really clean and owners were really cool and friendly. Clean bathrooms and showers were convenient and the whole campground and RV park built right along the the Dolores River.
