I stayed here for a night, before flying home the next day. It's right next to the airport, so it only took a few minutes to drive from the hotel to the car rental place. I was reluctant to stay at this property (Jan 22) because of the prior reviews, but had already made reservations. The check-in was efficient, the agent polite, the N/S room clean/fresh. Overall - a pleasant stay. Too much snow in the parking lot was my only complaint, but that couldn't be helped. more

Very bad service in that my sister called ahead of time and specifically requested adjoining rooms. When we got there they had no notes on our reservation.
