This is the second stay at the Best Inn and Suites, Plan on staying evey six months when we come to Dever to work. Great location with lots of room for parking. Easy on and off the freeway. Big rooms, semi comfortable bed. Not a 5 star but clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. Daily cleanings with new towels. Somthing... more

This hotel is a good value for what it costs, which is not exactly 4 stars. The rooms are a decent size with a full fridge and range top stove. The front desk staff are friendly. However, the so-called included breakfast wound up being a $3 continental breakfast I would have been embarrassed to charge for if I were hotel... more

Good-sized room with fridge & stove top, good price, good location, but everything else was disappointing. Upon arrival, we saw that the on-site restaurant was closed indefinitely, with no explanation. We were told that continental breakfast would be served at the restaurant the next morning, but that was totally false information. In the room, the bed was hard & lumpy,... more

It has several good points to start off with. Great location for people traveling by plane. It's maybe 15 minutes from the airport which is nice after a long flight to pop over and be able to rest quickly. I think it actually took longer to ride the shuttle from the airport to the car rental place. There is also... more

I don't even know where to begin. I booked online through hotels.com. This was my first time using them and my last. When I arrived at the hotel, they weren't ready for me to check in, they wouldn't help me out much because they kept saying, "you booked with hotels.com, we can't help you" they didn't have the room I... more

We've stayed here twice now, and plan on coming back again. I'm a real cheapskate so when I found this hotel online I was very excited. It has everything I need. The regular room has two burners, a sink, microwave, and full sized fridge!!! We travel with our own food to save money so this was perfect. We even went... more

We stayed 2 nights in this dump. Our non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes in the bathroom. The shower had black hairs on the soap holder, shower curtain was dirty. Shower head was so clogged of mildew that the water hardly sprayed out. The toilet didn't flush half the time. The floor had not been vacuumed, there was lent and threads... more
