Awful. Wifi is so slow it's unusable. I tried two rooms and paid for the premium service and still barely got a tricjle. This is also a run down property that doesn't deserve westin name. Makes a Sheraton feel luxurious. Avoid avoid. More

I expected a bit more of a Westin. The room needed to be updated (window didn't shut, wall paper torn, AC didn't work properly); the door didn't lock (missing the knob for the deadbolt) so I needed to slide the credenza in front of it a bit. In Denver for a conference and was lucky enough to be booked into the Westin. It is a bit of a tease because my corporate policy rarely allows such a nice hotel. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The lobby bar staffed by Nikki and Elizabeth is a great place to unwind. More
