Although the location is superb, the ambience leaves much to be desired. I was very disappointed upon check in when I noticed the old and worn area rugs that appeard to have been mopped and swept around for years. We stayed two nights in the hotel at the end of our ski trip. The location was great,,near the Mall where all the restaurants and shops are located. The Oxford is a beautiful stately hotel, where service abounds. Doors are opened, luggage wisked away, and wine glasses are brought up by gloved staff.
