Brown Palace? More like the Brown Barn in regards to how loud it was in our room. Although we couldn't quite hear any animal sounds we could hear everything else. First of all, the hotel lobby is beautiful -love the old historical feel. My main complaint is the noise and for me this is the most important criteria in a... More

Enjoyed a wonderful high tea at the Brown Palace hotel with my sister and nieces in October. Service was excellent. The sandwiches and desserts were tasty and the music was lovely. We were seated in the middle of the room very comfortably. We were not hurried at all. I would definitely recommend this for a relaxing afternoon. We also went... More

I'd come here to stay again just because of the view you get of the hotel's magnificent atrium. The rooms are positioned around the perimeter and so you get to see this wonderful open space with wrought iron railings that just takes your breath away every time you enter or leave your room. When I was there, a large American... More

We used to love to go to the Brown Palace for a quick night away, and loved the ambiance of this historic hotel. Since it changed ownership a couple of years ago, the end result has been we now go somewhere else in Downtown Denver. The chain that now owns the Brown has instituted policies that don't allow for single... More

Dear Tantallon Cheynne, Thank you for taking the time to write to us. Two night minimums are only limited to times when the hotel is compressed or over special events/holiday's. The rest of the year one night stays are more than welcome. We are truly sorry that you were inconvenienced by this issue. Regards, Managing Director The Brown Palace Hotel... More

My husband and I stayed at The Brown Palace for our anniversary weekend. Though we are from Fort Collins, heading to Denver and staying here for the weekend felt like the perfect weekend vacation. The Brown is a beautiful hotel with the friendliest of staff. Our room service was easy, front desk staff helpful, valet prompt, and every detail felt... More

Centrally located and you could not ask for more from a 5 star hotel. I will stay again when in Denver. The concierge found us excellent tickets for the Elton John concert and the price was the same as the face value, good job.

The Brown Palace is a beautiful historic hotel in the heart of downtown Denver. December is the best month to stay there with all the decorations throughout the hotel. But I have enjoyed staying there other times of the year too. I love having a drink in the Ship Tavern, and their prime rib is wonderful. The prime rib sandwich... More

In the last 2 weeks, I tried twice to enjoy a pre-Christmas cocktail hour in the lobby with live piano. Last week, the entertainment info on their website had comflicting times for singers and piano - when I called to get more info, I was rudely asked what my name was, because "that information is not available to the public".... I have enjoyed this property for over 30 years. The rooms, restaurants, and staff make this a Denver treasure. I chose to celebrate my 55th birthday with 25 of my closest friends in the Eizenhower Suite. The suite was exquisite. Rich in history and beautifully appointed. The catering and attention to every detail was outstanding. I felt like the entire... More

Yes, the property is beautiful!!! We booked 3 rooms for family and we all experienced some major service flaws. First, I want to give a shout out to Katie for her excellent service in the Ship restaurant. Estele and Dave in housekeeping and room service . Kristyn or Kathryn? is a server in the Tea Room Lobby that helped us... More
