We were guests three years ago at the Guest House, so when we were going back to the area we booked our rooms there again. We were with friends so we had a total of three rooms for 4 days. The room we were in was clean and the beds were fantastic, pillows nice, but the bathroom sink leaked on... more

A friend of a friend booked this hotel for us sight unseen! This was a glorified truck stop! By that I mean there was carpet on the floor. Our first clue was when we got off the elevator, there was a table of folks playing cards in the hallway. The halls were dark and grim, the window in our room... more

My boyfriend and I were in the area looking for apartments. For us, the experience was fine. We smoke so we asked for a smoking room. There was an iron burn on the carpet where someone had left one sitting. There was all sorts of weird stuff in the bedside table drawers (nothing dangerous or inappropriate). We stayed for two... more

I wasnt expecting very much with the price of the rooms, but when i walked in, i was very dissapointed. Walking down the halls i felt like i was in an old time horror movie. The dim yellow lights present a very outdated look, along with the rest of the interior. When i got to my room it was smelly.... more

I read the other reviews, but it was after I had already booked my package deal. I was afraid it was going to be a bad situation, based on some of the other reviews. I was blessed that we did not experiance any of the other bad reviews problems. It was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh... more

Could not even stay the night we booked it. Room was smelly and dirty. Stains on furniture. Bed comforter had cigarette holes all over it on a non-smoking floor no less. Also had stains and mold on it. I thought comforters were supposed to be washed after each guest departs. I am not a snob but I expect a clean,... more

What the overall experience above is you can not change regardless. Bringing 35 mothers and daughters to a christian conference! UNBELIEVABLE WHAT A HORRIFIC NIGHTMARE! From the moment of checking in (previously arranged with Director of Sales). Rooms were a nightmare, then the trains were heard through the night. Continental Breakfast worse than Waffle House, check-out worse than check-in! One... more

This place is a total dump!! We booked online, checked in and went to our room where we found a room with one bed. We had 4 adults in our party so I had reserved 2 beds. I went back to the desk and explained that we had reservations for a room with 2 beds and showed him the comfirmation... more

The staff was super even though a mistake was made and we had to switch rooms. Danny and his staff were helpful in local events and directions. The morning breakfast was good they had waffles and cereal and doughnuts and muffins. 2% milk and LOTS of coffee 24 hours a day and it was fresh! This place allowed dogs and... more
