“One of our best hotel experiences”

We stayed here 3 days with family staying here also. The rooms were roomy & clean. Staff was friendly & attentive. Hotel was well maintained in common areas. Breakfast was plentiful & well stocked. Great value for the price!

“Nice lady when checking in”

Spur of the moment checking into this hotel. We were at an Art Show in the heart of Denver. This hotel is kind of far from downtown Denver (not sure how far .... 20 minutes by auto, the internet site indicated it was close to downtown Denver). There is a shopping mall across the street.

“Great place!”

The staff is great, very helpful & friendly...The room was spacious and clean and the bed aawesome! The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and filling. The layout and location of this hotel is perfect, only 10 minutes via Super Shuttle to airport....Highly recommended!

“Shuttle service shut down”

We booked this hotel based primarily on their advertised shuttle service to the downtown area. Shortly after we booked, they discontinued that service. There really isn't anything interesting close by. Breakfast was average. Staff were very helpful!

Thank you for your responds We here at the Best Western Plus Denver have as of April the 1st 2013 discontinued the shuttle service, but any guest who has booked our hotel before the shuttle service was canceled will still be taken to the airport or to the drop off spot down town, if needed. More

“short four day getaway to Denver”

location: was ideal to the airport. rooms tended to be very warm and uncomfortable. was told there was no shuttle to the airport when in fact there was. breakfast was served a little late so we were unavailable to enjoy or we would have missed our flight. didn't get a chance to use the pool.
