We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. We felt we had the best room in the hotel with a great view of downtown Denver and the Rockies. The hotel staff is nice, but the rooms are in very poor condition and the hotel is quite dirty. The first room I was placed in had peeling wallpaper and mold growing out from the air vent. I was given a new room and the front desk was very friendly about it, but the next room had dirty bed linens... more

Nice hotel, we have stayed here before and had a wonderful room. But this trip was not the case. We were put in a room that must have been directly underneath a stair case because thats all we heard all evening and into the late night was people stomping up stairs. After reading a lot of the reviews for this hotel, I was a bit tentative to book our volleyball team there.....It ended up being GREAT!!! The beds were VERY comfortable. As a matter of fact, it was the best 3 night's sleep I've ever had at a hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. more

What was once a premier destination in the Denver area is now pretty average for the money due to aging rooms. Pretty decent conference facilities and a terrific view of the Rockies from one of the meeting rooms, however. Helpful and courteous staff throughout. I wouldn't pay more than $90/night (even though I did). more
