The lobby is beautiful, making one think its at least a 4-star. BUT-- Get past the lobby and you'll find-- Hot water is at a premium; Only two of the five lamps in the room have bulbs or are plugged in. Stayed here for the Democratic Convention. It is very far away from downtown Denver and the area is really suburban. Do not staty here if your goal is to enjoy the city. My experience was a positive one. I was attending a conference so I had an excellent rate and my room on the 10th floor had an amazing view of downtown Denver and the mountains.
