I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is run by an excellent long term Hyatt veteran that guarantees this hotel will alway be a top notch. The Grand Club, Gym, and Rooms are very nice, clean and functional. But the best part is the friendly, efficient staff who go out of their way to make you welcome. If you... More

We just left the Holiday Inn Express in Brighton where we were treated like gold during our two week stay. I never expected to be treated poorly at the Hyatt, not once, but three times within hours of arrival. We were going to use our car immediately and wanted to leave the car on the street. The bellboy's attitude suggested... More

I really enjoy staying here. Great location, great staff and nice rooms. I stayed here last week and had a great stay so was planning to go back this week but the SOS canceled the meeting because of snow. So I called the hotel to cancel the reservation, and though it was after the cancellation deadline they were very pleasant... More

My husband and I stayed here one night and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Grand Hyatt. Staff through out the hotel were fantastic. Rooms were clean, modern, and showed no signs of wear. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were all spotless and well maintained. The lounge offered a fabulous happy hour and we couldn't have felt more... More

This hotel is your typical 4 star in a great location in Downtown Denver. Check in process was very easy and up to the room with no problem. Very comfortable room and what you would expect from a 4 star. Comfortable bed, desk, flat screen tv, descent bathroom. Nothing rally over the top, but nothing to disappoint. Nice views are... More

I have stayed here 5-10 times over the past two years. I frequently make trips from Boulder to Denver to go to music shows and to enjoy the nightlife. I have always enjoyed their clean rooms and friendly staff. I have always booked with Name Your Own Price on Priceline and receive excellent rates. I am considering joining their rewards... More

This was our second stay at this property, We got a discount on the room, booking it through Costco.com. The room was well-priced at $192/night, but only ordinary. No mini-fridge, and rather smallish, considering it was a "Executive Regency" room. The service was typically and consistently beyond reproach, but the valet parking at $28/night and internet charges at $13/day made... More

We stayed four nights & the aervice at the Grand Hyatt was exceptional. The staff was responsive and enthusiastic; they went above abs beyond to accommodate. The weather on the day we checked in was terrible: they had golfball-sized hail & a tornado actually touched down! Consequently, their computers weren't working & we had an hour wait to check in.... Stayed 5 nites for business. Was on 25th floor in a renovated room with king bed. Had slight mountain view and lovely city views. The room was quite spacious and nicely decorated. Had good sized renovated granite/marble bathroom and walk-in closet. The hallways were a bit noisy, there was a sizable gap at the bottom of the door/floor. Nicely located... More

I spent a few weeks at this hotel and I have to say that it is a great place to explore Denver. It is very close to 16th Street which had restaurants, attractions and store up and down the street. The rooms are nice, and the check in has been one of the smoothest and friendliest i have encountered in... More
