We had a huge room looking out at the Rocky Mountains with snow.. One of the best views! Easy to get into town from the hotel. They provide a great buffet breakfast with many options. Would stay here again

Room could do with more storage and although pretty was not functional. No central light switch so had to switch off 6 lamps individually. We had just come from a Hyatt Place which had a better designed room for half the price Swimming pool is nice but there is no hot tub, sauna or changing room apart from a large... More

Stayed two nights & led two-day conference in hotel. This is a very recently renovated hotel. The rooms and bathroom are all contemporary and well furnished. I had a corner room. The room was spacious with good desk and counter space as well as a comfy chair. The room was quiet. I could hear people in the hallway if they... More

My stay in conjunction with a conference was superb. The room was very nice and very comfortable. It was regular room on the 17th floor, not an upgrade, with a king bed and nice furnishings. The staff was eager to help at every point during my stay, and their welcoming personalities were warm and greatly enhanced my stay. This was... More

The Hyatt is conveniently located near the 16th street mall, albeit at the less posh end. Everything looks and works well. The downside for me was the deafening noise from some kind of A/c system outside the hotel. I had my window cracked open, but even with the window closed, the noise level was far beyond acceptable. This was on... More

I've stayed in a lot of nice hotels, and this is one of them. However, there were a couple of things that set this one apart that I really liked. Under each bedside table, and the counter in the bathroom are motion censored lights. If you need to get up in the dark, a low, soft light comes on to... More

We stayed here for a night so we could spend some time downtown and have a break from the kids. We had reserved a room with a king bed but none were ready yet when we went to check in. I could have seen having to wait if we were trying to check in early but we were an hour... More

I reserved a corner room with king bed for a friday and saturday night. We arrived at 7pm and were told by a nonchalant GSA that they were completely booked, and we would have a choice of a standard room with two queens or a portion of an executive suite with a pull out couch. Had I not just arrived... More

As a primary Ritz Carlton/Marriott customer, I chose to stay at this hotel due to a it beings a busy weekend in Denver with the Great American Beerfest, AF vs Navy Football, and CU vs OSU Football; or in other words Marriott chains where I would stay were all booked. I stayed at this hotel years ago as a cadet,... More

Stayed there as part of a national conference. 4 star accommodations. Excellent front of house staff. Rooms very nice and clean. Food provided at conference was excellent except the breakfast buffet was lukewarm. Should of been steamy. Free WiFi. THANK YOU!!
