Stayed August 26, 2015 Negatives - Hate to lead with the bad, but at a 4.5 star hotel these three items should not have been part of my experience. First and foremost - no hot water until after 11:00pm. Effectively ended my primary reason for booking at this “upscale” hotel. I had plans for an overnight retreat treat (I have... More

We attended a conference which used the Magnolia Hotel as its central venue so stayed here for 5 nights. It turned out to be a very pleasant stay with few downsides. The room was reasonably priced, large and comfortable with a large bathroom. The only negative to the room for a longer stay was the lack of any dresser or... More

We were in Denver for a wedding and wanted to try something different than a big hotel chain. The Magnolia was a good choice and a very good location. Hotel staff were great; we were planning to walk to a venue for dinner when all of a sudden a storm moved in. No problem; a staff member quickly offered to... More

This hotel is what you come to expect from a Magnolia Hotel brand. Beautiful and in the heart of everything to do in Denver. Great service and awesome location. I would recommend to anyone. Even have a service that will drive you within a couple miles of the hotel so you don't have to deal with moving your car and... More

My spouse and I stayed here for one night and loved the hotel. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, when asked, said parking was cheapest if we parked ourselves (great tip) versus the valet. The recommended a great bar/ restaurant down the street from the hotel. Don't miss the milk/ cookies at night or the breakfast in the morning.... More

Ideally situated near 16th street mall and state capitol. Nice rooms - even for 4 peoples. A good breakfest was included. The only real negative point was the typical American expensive Valet parking trick. 30 bucks for valet parking for a parkhouse next door that costs you just 14 if you park yr cat for yourself ... No gym, no... More

Hello reisekritiker, Thank you for traveling to us all the way from Austria! We are glad that you had a nice stay with us and took advantage of our excellent breakfast buffet. We apologize for the parking situation. If you wish to skip valet parking next time that is totally fine with us. Out front desk is happy to offer... More

We were given a handicapped room, not being told. We did not want such a room. The air conditioner came off and on and sounded like a tornado. Our 'view' was the other side of the hotel. Nice people and enjoyed being able to have transportation to a ball game, afterwards the car was being used so we walked back... More

The check-in process was easy and efficient, and the staff friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room's appearance was fine. Our complaint, and the one that will keep us from coming back, was with the noise level. I had specifically requested a quiet room, but starting early in the morning, there were loud thumping sounds from above,... More

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. And the hotel still has most of its old-world charm. That being said, the check-in person asked if we had stayed with them since "the remodel".. I said no and she said we were going to live it. Well, I was left unimpressed. Our room was on the 8th floor, down a... More
