Stayed here for five nights in July 2014 while in town for a family wedding (we were on our own for hotels). I was trying for a reasonable room rate with some amenities - breakfast, etc. and settled on the Magnolia. I will agree with other reviews that while the common areas are very updated and modern looking, the rooms... More

We stayed here for three nights in July 2014. Our takeaway: rooms are pricey but not justifiably so. The entire place is on the dark side, and that, combined with the fact that it needs quite a bit of sprucing up (carpets, furniture), leaves one wondering just how clean things are. The room itself seemed clean. Bed was decent. Again,... More

We were staying here as part of a wedding party. It was a very nice property, pulled up and the valet was most helpful in helping get our luggage (travelling with a baby-LOTS of stuff!).Chad at the front desk was very helpful in getting us into a room before check in time since the wedding rehearsal was that afternoon this... Nice surprise. We decided to call last minute and got a great price and an upgrade. This hotel s easy to unload luggage and has valet parking. Close to everything downtown. Walking distance to 16th st mall. Clean and modern. Free breakfast offered, but we walked to Snooze cafe. We were even granted a late check-out. Will stay again for... More

OK so to start out with full disclosure here, I had a hard time picking between the "poor" or "average" rating for this hotel. My biggest gripe is that this hotel isn't at all like it sells itself. The public areas are up to date and trendy. The furniture in the rooms are modern and clean. Yet the bathroom and... More

I had a group of 14 guys, and we got 7 suites at the Magnolia. It was a great deal. The rooms were nice. Some of the rooms had a full (but old) kitchen with dishes, a dishwasher, and a stove, while others had a completely updated kitchen area with a small bar sink (but no stove, oven, dishwasher, etc).... Maybe it's because we'd been living in a car for 4 weeks or because the hotel we had already booked before that was so terrible that we had to ask for our money back, but when we showed up at the Magnolia at 7pm because we'd seen a last-minute deal online, we felt like we'd made it to Buckingham Palace.... We spent 2 nights at the Magnolia while we were in town to see some concerts at Red Rocks. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are adequate, and the bed was comfortable , although the linens were a bit on the rough side. The staff was very helpful with arranging transportation, providing options, and recommendations. We enjoyed the included... More

My first stay at the Magnolia could have been a disaster as I discovered something was not quite right upon my arrival. A few quick words with the manager Jonathan put everything right as he lept into action to ensure my stay was perfect in every way. Thank goodness for motivated and capable managers who come to the aid of... More

My husband and I recently stayed at The Magnolia. The hotel looked good and the staff were adequately pleasant. When we opened the door to our room, the curtains were billowing. Ar first, we thought the window was open which struck us as odd since it was about 90F outside. Then we realized that the air conditioner was blowing with... More
