The room was cozy, but very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere, and also there is a bus, which takes you anywhere downtown (and it is free). Breakfast buffet in the morning was nice, a lot of choices. More

I've given this hotel an 'average' review based on the fact the location was fantastic! Right in the middle of downtown Denver and pretty much convenient to everywhere you would want to go to as a visitor. However, the room was old, in bad condition and could do with one hell of an update. It looked as if it was... More

To summarise, for the price I cannot complain. Yes it is an average three star hotel, with three star rooms and facilities (it does now need some modernising), however it is very close to ameneties such as the 16th Street Mall and a reasonable walk from the pepsi centre. The breakfast facilities are good however and there is a good... More

Stayed here on business for meetings; staff very nice; rooms small but clean. Breakfast buffet was fine (nothing fancy, but who has time when you're heading out to early meetings?). The business center was 2 computers and 1 printer off lobby --- adequate but not great. The location was across street from Brown Palace and 2 blocks from shopping/walking mall.... More

Room is okay. Room was cold, and stayed cold even after I complained to staff. Bed pillows are worn out. Bathrooms are small and oudated. Room doors are thin. Given all this though, the staff is nice and if you are using your hotel just as a place to crash downtown it's perfect. Hotel was clean and well taken care... More

The location is great and the value too. I have no complaints about the hotel overall, just needs some updating. The towels were old & thin, the bathroom was tiny and very outdated. It would be considered vintage now. The hallways and carpet are outdated. The thermostat was broken the room was cold. Overnight parking is in the $22 range.... More

I have stayed here several times over the past year or so, and realize I should have reviewed it before. The price competitiveness of this hotel cannot be beat. It is also connected to The Brown Palace Hotel (it actually used to be the Brown Palace West or something) so you have all of the amenities of a grand hotel... More

This hotel is in a great area of downtown Denver, walking distance to the 16th street mall, restaurants, public transportation and shopping. When I travel I do not need luxurious hotel and/or spa resorts, I look for reasonably priced, great location and cleanliness. I found that here. The gentleman working at the front desk when I checked in upgraded me... More

This hotel is really well located right downtown Denver within walking distance to everything you could possibly want. I am a stickler for noise from adjoining rooms and water pressure in the shower. Both fared very well for me - shower pressure wasn't super strong but it was "shower-able" and I didn't hear any neighbors. Here are my pros and... More
