My wife and I stayed here three nights. The hotel's self-parking garage was closed, so we had to pay $26/night for valet parking. Internet access cost $11/night. As mentioned by others, the hotel staff is not particularly helpful. The maid service in cleaning the room is poor. This is the only hotel room I've ever stayed in that didn't provide... more

Stayed here for a conference. Meetings were moved to convention ctr due to renovations. Conv center was only 10 minute walk and there were several free shuttles. We were warned about constr. noise and it was mostly not noticeable. They are almost finished. Hotel restaurant has limited selection but it is pretty good. I stayed in a suite on the... more

We got a great rate, and were told all of the renovations (pool, club floor, lobby) would be done by our visit. One out of 2 happened! Good: At the end of ped. mall, with a free bus and many restaurants, and near the capitol. Room had an incredible view of the mountains and comfy beds. Bad: Many of front... more

The downtown Sheraton is HUGE! Lots of rooms, a little dated in the decor and showing signs of wear but OK all in all. No real problems. The staff is awesome--valets were always helpful in finding a place to eat/hang out. Wish the wireless internet was available in the room-you can go to the lobby but that is not always... more

My son and I had the occasion to visit Denver for the first time, and we stayed in the Denver Sheraton for one night. Our stay was too short. The location was stellar and the service and staff impeccable. Valet parking was quick and easy. The room was very spacious and had a very large bathroom. The beds were so... more

We were there for a convention and were placed in the Tower portion of the hotel. Room was not what you would call spacious and bathroom was very small. If you used the desk someone else would have to crawl over the bed to get to the chair. King size bed took up most of the room. The bottle of... more

Stayed one night at this property and was sorely disappointed. The hotel is actually two buildings that are attached via underground walkways and it was like a maze trying to figure out where everything was...the room, front desk, parking garage, etc. While they have obviously renovated a large part of the property the pool and fitness center were not open... more

This hotel has a great location close to the 16th Street Mall area and its proximity to downtown is the main advantage of booking this hotel. Parking is $21.00 a day and free breakfast and free wi-fi is not included. However, there are many restaurants within walking distance . Overall, service was average and did not stand out as either... more

Booked this place due to its location and proximity to the event I was attending and for the great price. The location is very good, right on the Mall. The lobby was obviously just redone, and looks very nice. It included several computers and a place to hook up your laptop since FREE WIRELESS IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE LOBBY!... more

Newly renovated hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We were in town for a conference at the Colorado Convention Center which was in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is located near the 16th street mall. There are quite a few restaurants on the 16th street mall for those who do not want... more
