Yes the bed was comfortable but was afraid to look at the room with the lights on. Don't be duped by the name and what you see online, this is a Microtel hotel in sheep's clothing. The Timbers by Microtel. I've seen freshman dormitories in better condition than this place. It was old and run down. The carpet was shot... More

Before I get into the review, I just wanted to note that some of these other reviews really made me laugh. I'm not sure what people are expecting from a discount boutique all-suite hotel off the beaten path, but I certainly got my money's worth from the stay. At no point did I feel remotely "unsafe" or "scared" or saw... More

This hotel had fulfilled our needs, a comfortable bed/place to sleep in peace and quiet. But from check-in everything was kinda horrible. At check-in, they tried to give us a different room from what we reserved online. The lady looked into it and changed it for us, but wasn't the friendliest especially for working in customer service. We took the... More

What appears to have once been a fantastic property by a bustling airport has suffered from the loos of traffic from said airport being moved. Threadbare carpets, chipping, pealing paint, dead bugs in the light fixture and no one available to fix a slow toilet after 5 pm. I called for a courtesy car to pick me up at my... More

After booking on Express Prices on Priceline and NOT knowing what type of hotel your getting, just putting your faith into the Priceline reputation of knowing a quality hotel, then out of 11 hotels ending up with the lowest satisfaction scores and the worst traveler pictures ever, I am VERY DISSAPPOINTED and afraid to even stay here! BUT, was told... More

The Timbers seems to make an attempt to be a nice hotel, but it's only half an attempt. The little things need a lot of attention. The inside seems like it was decorated by a sad cowboy, and the outside looks a lot like East German government housing. There is no pool, despite plenty of room for one. The grounds... More

This hotel had the worst staff I have ever encountered. When a hotel starts off by saying they do not have the reservation from about three months prior, it was a premonition of things to come. Thankfully, I had a hard copy and e-mail copy on my phone. The microwave in the room did not work. We notified the staff... More

I rolled into Denver on a busy Saturday night in late July and was scrambling to find a room. Every place was booked, and then I found this place on Tripadvisor. I called and all they had left were one bedroom suites, but it was any port in a storm. The front desk was friendly, the room was clean and... More

We have stayed her several times over the years and the hotel progressively gets worse. This year their is holes in the bathroom wall and the coffee maker carafe is missing. I think its time to find a new place to stay.

Front desk staff was not friendly. Just looked at me when I approached the desk. Took them awhile to find my reservation. Room had a stain on the floor. Shower curtain rod was broke and the towel bar holder was falling off. Stains and marking on the walls along with some sheet rock crumbling away. In order to turn on... More
