There is a reason that this place is rated #1 on TripAdvisor for downtown Denver. This place is perfect. We booked a 1 bedroom suite for 3 nights to attend the CU Denver graduation. When we arrived, the 1 bedroom suite was too small for us (my mother in the living room and my husband and myself in the bedroom),... more

I recently spent a week at the Residence Inn to attend a conference. Although the conference was in another hotel, I stayed here since I am a member of the Mariott Awards program. I was surprised on how nice this hotel is. Great location in downtown Denver, 1 block away from 16th St. As a 1st impression the lobby is... more

We were in Denver the weekend prior to Thanksgiving to celebrate our son's birthday. We couldn't have picked a better hotel. Like other's have said it is just a block from the 16th Street Mall with shopping and restaurants. The Inn is within walking distance of Lodo as well where there are some fabulous restaurants. We didn't need a car... more

We loved this hotel! It was a block from the 16th Street Mall -- a one-mile outdoor mall with stores, restaurants, etc. We did not rent a car, so it was easy to take public transportation from 16th Street to places like Invesco Field, the airport, U.S. Mint, etc. The hotel was fabulous! It was very clean, had a kitchen... more

Indeed, the reviews posted previously are correct. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown, one block away from the 16th street mall. Free breakfast was decent (not fancy, but for a free breakfast is a all you can eat and ask in the morning). Feels very secure, you need your key to access other floors, getting back from... more

We discovered the Residence Inn from this website and booked our stay based on the rave reviews. They were correct! The hotel is right in the middle of downtown - a great location! The hotel had everything we could ever ask for. We had a studio-style room with a kitchen. The room was quite large, with a sitting area, eating... more

We recently stayed at this hotel for one night on our arrival into Denver before departing on a road trip around South Dakota, Wyoming and Colorado. We were travelling with a 2 year old toddler and found the suite to be perfect for us with its mini kitchen and separate bedroom. The location was great too being about 2 blocks... more

I stayed in the Residence for a week in mid-Sept. for work. First, the staff are very friendly and helpful-- everyone from the front desk to the eating area to the cleaning staff. Also, the location is great for getting around downtown. If you're just staying the in downtown area, you do not need a car and can avoid the... more

Booked and stayed for one night after reading Trip Advisor Reports. Definitely recommend this place. We arrived jet lagged and found our room with only one queen bed - and across the hall from a yappy dog. Back at reception they immediately changed our room and were polite to point out the sofa bed! Room was spacious, kitchen stuff but... more

Just terrific value. Stayed there for two nights and the bill would have been reasonable for one night. The suite had everything we needed and was clean, bright and spacious. We wanted to see Denver and found we were in walking distance of everything worth seeing. more
