My fiancee and I stayed here two nights in a row. We had no problems with check in or check out. The staff I saw was friendly for the most part, one woman seemed bothered by my asking questions. Our room was comfortable, we loved the bed! The a/c unit wasnt great but it wad okay. The location was perfect... More

We are staying in the hotel VQ at present, along with a number of other American Idol hopefuls. The room is adequate, except that the air-conditioner is not sufficient to cool the room. They have a great free shuttle service, our driver Joe has been friendly and professional. He has been a pleasure. The Sky Box Restaurant on the fourteenth... More

We booked on-line, the Front Desk manager even called and verified reservation. But when we arrived, different story. My husband checked in, given a key and we went up to room. Clothes were hanging in closet, food in fridge. Called desk and told to return. We came down to a fully packed lobby because a tour bus had just arrived.... More

Traveled to Denver and stayed here for four nights with my girlfriend. Nothing to complain about. Everything was as expected if not better. The room was nice, restocked and cleaned every morning when we were out, the pool was wonderful complete a poolside waitress, as well as the restaurant on the top floor that served local draft beer and a... This was our first stop on our Colorado Fly Drive and we were pleasantly suprised. Lovely big rooms, good food and service in the skylight restaurant for breakfast. The shuttle service to downtown Denver was great - just see the reception staff to go downtown then just ring up when you need a lift back . No charge - better... More

We checked in and had no WIFI access anywhere in the hotel. The air conditioner in our room was old and unable to cool it to a comfortable temp. Due to these issues we checked out and asked for a refund. We were happy to leave and find another hotel with WIFI access and decent AC. Don't waste your $... More

Basically the rooms of this place are nice. It looks like a decent renovation took place and the staff is okay, BUT be prepared for a lot of room noise. The circular nature of the building means that all the rooms are close together and you can hear doors opening and closing throughout the night. The other factor is that... More

After reading the reviews we asked for an updated room. We were traveling thru Denver. We stayed on the 12th floor, the room was completely sufficient. Perhaps my expectations were already set very low, but it was a typical business class hotel experience.

We were staying here on the way back from Nebraska. The hotel is so different in style. The front desk staff were very friendly. The only problem was the beds are so tiny. We had a room with two double beds and my husband and I barely fit. They were also very uncomfortable. So, not bad for one night stay... More

Traveling with a group of 14 is never easy and problems are bound to occur, but the staff at Hotel VQ are the best! When we arrived at the hotel after a long 10 hour drive we discovered that the credit card of the company who was expected to pay for our rooms was not good. Everyone jumped in to... More
