The acoustics of the hotel cause the noise from the bar to reverberate to the rooms because the hotel has a center atrium and a bar is located on the first floor with zero sound barrier. While the atrium gives a nice feel to the hotel, it's aggravating if to hear all the noise in your room at night. I... More

It is always disconcerting to receive a negative review, especially one that targets so specifically one of our team members. We agree with the comment that sarcasm is no way to respond to a guest’s comments, and this issue will be addressed with the team members on duty that evening, as well as be the subject of our next team... We stayed at the Embassy Suites Aurora for a week and were amazed by how frindly every staff member was. We stay in Hilton properties extremely often and are used to the high quality of service, but this staff stands head and shoulders above the rest. From the front desk to the breakfast area, the bar, Shuttle drivers, to the... More

We stay here when we are in town for a horse show, our only complaint is that we leave before the breakfast is open and get in after the cocktail hour is over most days. On the days we do catch breakfast or come back to grab it, "Mama" the cook is WONDERFUL More

Stayed here in jan 2012 again because our first experience was so great. We had a 23 hour layover in Denver as our flights were changed and this provided us with a amazing breakfast and shuttle to and from the airport and the surrounding area. There is a mall close by with a comdey improv but we arrived to late... More

We were treated great from the beginning. My boyfriend got an upgrade to the executive suite and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast both mornings and the management reception on Saturday evening. It's a relaxed atmosphere and so beautiful with the 40 ft. tall tree and the palms and other plants. It snowed 16 inches... More

We use this hotel every time we need to fly out of Denver. The happy hour is great, the rooms are large. We've ordered room service and have been happy. Loved that there are 2 TV's in the room and the bathroom separates the bedrooms (great for our group). Free airport parking and airport shuttle saves us a ton of... More

We stayed for 3 nights around the Thanksgiving holiday. The place could use an upgrade as the lobby/atrium and especially the rooms, look outdated. The area where the hotel is located is not the best since it's right by warehouses and a jail down the street. It was hard to find parking on the evenings when there were social events... More

Friendly staff, great room(s), super great breakfast - thank you! Maybe a little more light would be good for the breakfast eating area. More

We live in western Colorado and stayed here the night before catching a flight at the airport. We left our car at the hotel and took their shuttle both ways to the airport. It's a few miles from the airport, but not far. This was our second time staying at this hotel. We got an excellent rate on-line. Our room... More

Do not stay at this hotel! My rental car's back window was smashed in over night in their front parking lot. The front desk clerk thought it was funny and laughed and joked with the Denver Police dispatcher after I insisted he call the police. He did not want to call and this clerk was insensitive, uncaring and unhelpful. The... More

I really appreciate you taking the time to share your disappointment with your recent stay. I want to personally apologize for any problems that may have disrupted your stay and how my staff treated you. I have met with both of the team members involved and they have been reprimanded for the incident. I also wanted to let you know... More
