Hotel and service were very good-Holiday Inn seems to have raised the bar with their new logo etc. However, the Sporting News Grill that is part of the hotel complex is not so good. Salad had wilted and browned lettuce, fruit was green and service was lousy. more
Nice hotel. Very comfortable. Asked about shuttle in the morning. Told it goes every 30 minutes. Signed up for 6:30 am. Was called at 6:20 to see if still coming. Said yes. "Tight schedule" they said. I got there at 6:31 and the shuttle had left. If you're going to leave customers behind so they miss their flight, it would... more
Very nice, clean accomodations. Near the airport with shuttle service. Friendly front desk staff. Arrived after working all day and then driving 5 hours to the hotel. NIce to walk in and be greeted with a smile! Room was clean and quiet and that is important to me. more
