I've stayed here several times over the years, for several nights each, mainly because it so convenient to the arts complex--the art museum, the history museum, the public library. Parking at or near those places is very expensive, so by staying here I could walk, avoid the parking fees, and thus save nearly half the cost of the room, However,... More

We checked in to stay New Year's Eve in relative comfort, but there were broken down TV sets along the walls, no running water in the sink or the shower. The rugs were old and ripped, the bed was hard as a rock. It was a place you would take a low-class hooker to, certainly unworthy to be called a... More

Hate to tell you all this is drug central and I know this from personal experience , the owner doesn't care and just wants your money , no morals what so ever ! Good luck if you stay there no telling what may end up in your room !

We decided to stay here for the Halloween weekend. This only nice thing about this Motel is that it's centrally located in the heart of Denver. Upon getting into my bed I inspected the bed sheets and found a whole plethora of dark nasty pubic hairs.. The sheets and comforter weren't even washed nor clean. The room still had garbage... More

I spent one night at the Broadway Plaza Motel and woke up the next day with red, itchy spots all over my body. Many of them were in line patterns. After seeing a doctor,it was determined that those spots were bed bug bites!!! If $55 a night sounds like a good deal to you, guess again. You'll be paying a... More

I had the unfortunate experience of renting a room for the month, and was very dissapointed with the total lack of Hospitality, and Resect! The manager/Owner is a very disrespectful, and Dishonorable individual.. He intentionally rented me a room with severe water damage that smelled like rotten mold. The motel has bed bugs in certain rooms, and it is just... More

I knew it was risky renting a room at a motel on the fly in a city center, but we were exhausted and needed a place to crash. For $55 a night, I knew it couldn't be beat, and I had my expectations set quite low for that price. Even with low expectations, I am disappointed. I was willing to... More

Reserved a room at the Broadway Plaza Motel for New Year's Eve 2009. The rate was under $100 for a room with two queen beds, and I booked it knowing it wasn't the Ritz or the Brown Palace. The non smoking rooms were in OK shape, but considering the location this place is lightyears better than the place acorss from... More

This place is truly the worst I have ever seen. The bathroom ceiling had caved in from water damage as did the wall around the shower head and was never fixed. The water in the tub didn't even get warm enough that you needed to turn on the cold water which was good as there was none in the bathroom... More

I stayed at the Broadway Plaza Motel THREE times, the first time in September of 2003, the second in September of 2007, and again in September of 2008. In every one of these instances, I had been by myself, just enjoying the city and the nightlife it has to offer. The greatest advantage this motel has to offer is its... More
