We booked the Hotel Teatro after securing tickets for Wicked at the nearby Buell Theater. The Teatro was not our first choice; however, we had waited too long and many of the area hotels with recognizable names were booked. No worries, after researching TripAdvisor, the reviews looked favorable and we booked the Teatro. Our first impression was a little shaky--we... More

We were in Denver for only one night and had little need of the hotel services, but what we did use was great. Valet parking was friendly, not snooty. Same goes for the front desk. Note that the overnight valet parking charge was refreshingly fair - around $20. The room was clean, well appointed but small - which is to... More

We had a fabulous 2 night stay in this lovely boutique hotel. That is not to say that it was problem-free, but the way in which the problems were handled actually enhanced our stay. When we arrived, the server had just crashed so they were unable to look up our rooms. Even though they managed to come up with a... More

Hotel Teatro is tucked right in the middle of downtown Denver and is just a short walk from a lot of downtown attractions. I stayed here for a conference but in my downtime, I was able to walk to many different shops and great restaurants. The service was exceptional and the rooms were very elegant. More

Jim Geiser at the front desk of Hotel Teatro on Friday May 18, 2012 was the best ever. I was unable to print at the business center (operator error was most likely the culprit) so I went to the front desk for some help. Jim was friendly and polite and kind and so funny. What a great guy to have... More

Hotel Teatro is a beautiful boutique hotel tucked into the downtown area of Denver. My wife and I spent a one night getaway there looking for relaxation and romance. The hotel is right next to the performing arts complex and a few blocks from 16th street mall. The stay was both relaxing and romantic. Teatro is small, intimate and comfortable.... More

This is an elegant small hotel with a staff that can't do enough to accommodate every need. It is an Andrew Harper Alliance property and certainly meets those standards of excellence. While it is true that there is some street noise, I'm not sure that is not just a given with an inner-city hotel unless you stay in a goliath... More

Located walking distance from 16th Street Mall for easy access to shopping and restaurants. This hotel employs the friendliest and happiest staff. Everyone is smiling, courteous and gracious. The service at this hotel is above and beyond. The food in the restaurant is very good. The rooms are fully equipped, clean & very comfortable. They offer enourmous bath towels -... More

First the pro's: The location was great - just a few blocks from the 16th st mall and cute boutiques + amazing restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable, great Aveda products in the bathroom, turn-down service, relatively clean rooms and polite staff at the restaurant and front desk. Con's: My room was extremely loud - I could hear the elevator... More

From the moment I arrived at Valet parking I was treated to some of the best, friendliest, attentive service I have received. Everyone from the valet and bell staff to the room service made an effort to remember my name and my preferences. The restaurant staff was excellent at the David Taylor. We did have a bad experience at the... More
