Stayed here in January 2009 while attending a conference. The location is very good; right on the free bus mall so getting to the convention center and conference hotels for meetings was very convenient. From top to bottom- rooms: clean, well-maintained, quiet and secure. Right on 16th Street Mall- no better location. Free computers in lobby. Sam's #3 a few steps away for a GREAT breakfast. Workout area is nice and well- kept. Staff is amazing. Cheerful, helpful and responsive. All signs of a well-managed hotel. more
