The lobby has a bar to the left in the back. The small check in desk is on the right in the back corner. The growning elevator is just right of the check in... The reason I mention the location of them is because God forbid you try to check in when the bar is in full swing, you will... more

The Jet Hotel defrauded us. I made reservations through the American Express Centurion Card program for two nights during the Democratic Convention. American Express gave me a confirmation number. I called the hotel a week prior to departure to request a certain type of room, and the hotel recognized my reservation. Then, two days before we were to depart, and... more

Thin windows in all rooms I saw after complaining, with the street on two sides and roofs with air conditions on the other two sides. I could not sleep without ear plugs which makes me wonder why to pay this amount of money if I can have the same much cheaper. With ear plugs and being in the third floor... more

We had a wonderful stay over the weekend and were able to enjoy all of the amenities the hotel has to offer and slept just fine while the DJ was still spinning downstairs! The staff was attentive to our every need and personally greeted us every time we walked in the door. I felt like a VIP! The bartenders poured... more

We booked the hotel for a World Series Game. It was TERRIBLE! The lock didn't work on the door, so our door was unlocked when we arrived and a manager had to come fix it twice. There were STAINS on the carpet, AND on the robe--ICK...that looked like you know what!! The room was noisy because of the road noise... more

This hotel would be great if you plan to go out until the bars close or go to the club downstairs then just head to your room and pass out. BUT if you just want a place to sleep on the weekend, DO NOT STAY HERE. There is a DJ in the lobby that spins until 1:30am. We stayed on... more

I flew in town for a reunion with some of my girls from college and had the best stay at Jet. I was able to get ready in my hotel room and party the night away in the Lobby! This awesome little hotel is funky/chic! With super comfy beds! Right in the heart of Lodo, it was convenient to walk... more

I recommend this hotel to all of my friends that travel into Denver. I first stayed at Jet hotel a while back when I was just visiting friends in Denver, now I am a resident. It is about ten times cooler than any of the hotels in Downtown Denver (which is where you must be if you are young and... more

I was unable to book a reservation here after an employee at the front desk told me he was training a new employee, but if I called back after 3pm he could help me then (but I could go online). Since I was booking multiple rooms for my colleague and I, I was trying to avoid the hassle of doing... more

I (like you) have stayed in maybe hundreds of hotels. This place is worse than the Drury Inn next to the highway in Bowling Green, Kentucky. When we stayed here for a Broncos game in October, the place was a ghost town. We stayed in two rooms (including the penthouse on the top floor). It's decorated like a Boise, Idaho... more
