This place is a dump. Rude people at the desk for one. Second very unclean rooms. The pillows had stains on them. The carpet was filthy. Fond wear anything white here. Paint on the ceiling falling and peeling. Domestic violence seems to be a normal thing here. People drying their laundry out on the railings. Here's the sores I got... More

My two friends and I stayed here and I was very disgusted! It looked like there was blood on the walls or some weird dark brown stains everywhere. I was considering going to get my hair done at a salon thats how bad I didn't want to take a shower there! I kid you not we went and bought sheets... More

This motel has the most minimal amenities I've ever seen in a motel room, but was clean and comfortable enough. I recommend it if you can't afford the hotels in the area.

Fly into Denver late and stayed at La Quinta for about$73. After a few days of skiing headed back to Denver but no room booked. Basically needed a place to shower and sleep a few hours. Pro- good location, highway easily accessible and in Lodo are Cons- very dirty! Pillowcase had dried boogies so wrapped a towel around it. Shower... More

This place is nothing fancy. I was there for the Great American Beer Fest, so all I cared about was cheap and close to the convention center. The place is a dump, but my room was clean. In an area where a hotel room can cost 200 or 300 hundred dollars a night, you probably can't expect much for 54... More

Positives - Close to the Pepsi Center Price Enough hot water Negative - Advertised Microwave and Fridge, and had neither (although they did find us a Microwave). Mold on ceilings. Wiring on lamps DANGEROUS. Charge a quarter for ice. Bed and pillows sub standard. A strange pair of shoes were in the closet. We came into town for an Avalanche... More

The front desk personnel are incredibly rude, unprofessional, ill-mannered, unresponsive, and unaccommodating. The rooms are filthy, dusty, smelly, with multiple versions of bugs and when you complain you're asked to vacate on short notice. The general help does not speak english very well. It was not worth the $34.99 per night. I moved over to the Hampton Suites and Inn... More

My husband picked this hotel for the location and price. It was super close to downtown Denver and the neighborhood LoHi offers a lot of great restaurants and bars. The hotel was ok but I will think twice before staying there again. The first thing I do when entering a hotel room is check for bed bugs and they passed.... More
