I stayed here one night because Frontier airlines messed up my flight from Kansas City to Phoenix (don't EVER fly Frontier--they are the WORST airline I've ever dealt with...but that's a different issue). The only thing Frontier did right was put me in this hotel. I got in at 10pm, and had to leave at 5am to catch my flight... more

This hotel may seem pleasant at first but beware! Housekeeping will go through your belonging (and take what they wish), they did mine! Management is quick to defend their own, and will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but brush you off. I called the police, I suggest you do the same when your personal belonging end up missing. I will never stay... more

We strongly object to this review. This former guest is presenting these allegations against our Hotel and our response is as follows: The guest checked-out of our Hotel, leaving behind a small bag in their room. Only after the fact did they realize their error and contact the Hotel. We confirmed that their bag was found and returned it to...

I stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Denver and was surprised by the great service and attentive management team, something that you don't often find these days. the hotel is located in a very convenient location. Easy access to the highway, minutes from Downtown Denver, and surrounded by a new shopping and restaurant area makes this a must try if... more

Conveniently located between Downtown and DIA, this hotel is one of the best values in town. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the staff goes above and beyond to please. The fitness center is excellent, and the dining in house is appropriate. more

The main reason I did not give this hotel a higher rating is due to the irritation of being awakened by train horns throughout the night. I could live with the inconvenience of the semi-remote location, but it was the direct proximity to the train tracks that spoiled the experience. The room was very nice, especially for a business traveler.... more

I just got back 2 weeks ago from a 3 nt stay at the Renaissance in Denver. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here, the first time was in July of 07. We stayed here because of the location to the National Western Stock Show and the airport shuttle. You need to go out the to the 3rd... more

I went to Denver on business and was excited since I'd never been to Colorado before. I assumed the city would be quaint and interesting. I was wrong. It was flat and brown. The mountains were way in the distance. Downtown was OK but the Renaissance Denver Hotel wasn't near downtown. The hotel is in a working class neighborhood that... more

In the last year, Ive been staying a lot at the Denver Renaissance for work trips. My office is at Stapleton, so the location is very convenient. I've stayed at the nearby DoubleTree and the Timbers and I reckon the Renaissance is the best bet in the general Stapleton/Quebec St area. Having been a recurring guest both before and after... more

I booked this hotel at the very last minute when an emergency business meeting was called in Denver. I landed at Denver International Airport (the hotel is near the airport) and arrived at 11pm. Unfortunately, despite the airport location, the hotel is NOT set up for the airport-arriving business guest. Room service was dead, the restaurant was closed. I went... more

Stayed at the Renaissance at the end of a very long working holiday in the States. It was a great ending for our only real time to play tourists. Really amazing hotel and entrance, absolutley huge. Rooms were really large and the one we stayed in had an amazing view of the mountains. King size beds and large tv, great... more
