Beautifully kept, amazing staff, clean and quaint. This wonderful B&B is across the street from a beautiful park, walking distance from Denver "C1ty Block” and the 16th Street Mall with shops and restaurants. Close enough to walk or taxi anywhere in Downtown Denver, but nestled in a neighborhood so you feel far from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We... More

My daughter and I stayed at the Queen Anne B&B on her last night in Denver before she moved east. The buildings have been beautifully rehabbed with very attractive decor and it is operated in an environmentally sensitive manner. Our room was cozy, quiet and comfortable if not a little too warm on a very cold night. Make sure you... More

We only stayed one night, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Rooftop room. Clean, friendly, great breakfast and just an overall pleasant experience. The hot tub was fun even in the 8 degree weather! Parking was easy as well.

Our 1st impression: the Queen Anne B&B has a marvellously convenient park-front location just a short walk from downtown Denver. Our 2nd: 14 handsomely decorated and furnished rooms (not frou-frou and fussy, but instead a distinctly modern update that shows proper appreciation of the buildings' Victorian heritage). Our 3rd impression: genuinely friendly staff, who, taking their cue from owners Milan... More

We spent just the one night in this wonderful B&B, located very centrally in the fantastic city of Denver. We’d decided to treat ourselves at the end of a two week holiday before flying back to the UK, and so booked the Rooftop room with the hot tub. What a way to spend our last night, relaxing with a beer... More

We stayed in a Suite in the second building, the one having 4 suites. It's a Registered Historic old house, next to the original B-&-B, the one where breakfast is served at a choice of two early-morning intervals (you're invited to sign a list left on the big round breakfast table the night before, to indicate your preference of which... The bad (not really so bad) - the building is old and creaky and the windows don't keep out much noise. The good - staff was friendly and helpful, food was great (especially for a vegetarian and vegan). Room was kind of quirky, but comfortable. Location is great - a ten/fifteen minute walk to downtown and the light rail &... More

We stayed in the Aspen room, which was beautiful. I could stare at the walls for ages. The breakfasts were tasty and local, the staff was kind and helpful, the other guests were chatty, and the location was great.

We stayed here in October of 2014 and had a great time. Downtown Denver lodging is way expensive these days, and this B & B was a welcome respite. At 165/night plus tax, it was a bargain, when parking and breakfast are included. The two adjacent properties are former small mansions of the Tabor family of Leadville mining fame. The... More

This was part two of our first trip to Colorado. This B&B was very pleasant to stay at. Staff was extremely welcoming. The rooms were all decorated very uniquely. The breakfasts were fantastic, fresh, & delicious. I would highly recommend staying here for a very welcoming and unique stay.
