The service was good, and the bed was great. It is an older house, and has its own bar. It's conveniently located. It's clean. The view of the city was great. The breakfast was okay. I liked it and we will stay there again when we don't have the dog with us.

Susan runs a great hotel. Breakfast is included and if you are lucky to be there on the right nights the bar is open and you will think you have found Cheers in Colorado. We have stayed several times and always want a different room so we can enjoy the entire property.

I booked for the Veterans Rally weekend. Arrived late in the evening, was promptly checked in, had the hot tub and amenities explained to me and was give the key to my room. We had booked reservations here through the internet. From the net it looked charming and Victorian. In reality it looked like it was furnished from a second-hand-store. Apparently the remodel of the hotel had occurred years ago, because ppaint was chipping, and it looked unmaintained. It was supposed to be quaint, I guess, but it just looked run down.
