We were a bit disappointed when we reserved what we thought was a double queen suite and got a king suite. The problem being that we had 3 children with us. When we checked in we were told it was only for double occupancy and we were charged an extra fee for each child. When we saw the pull out... More

we started calling here in January for a 4th of July reservation, having stayed here several times in the past. We were among the first to book the evening of the 4th and were promised a room with a view of the city side where we could see the fireworks. But what we were given was a room with 2... More

Perfect hotel with 2 queen beds and a rollaway for 95$, plus we got $60 I coupons for food at their casino / restaurant. Pool, sauna, and hot tub was open 24/7, Only critique is their pillows were very thin and marginal comfort. Otherwise a great stay for our family of 5!

The staff is great. The hotel itself is a little bit of out the way but there is a free shuttle that will take you all around Cripple Creek. When we were there, the internet was down, then the credit card machine was done and the pool was closed. All minor things that we got over. They are doing a... More

We went to Cripple Creek for the Ice Festival and decided to stay at the Gold King Mountain Inn. Nothing fancy, but nice clean rooms, with a microwave and small refrigerator. We asked about their specials when booking and they told us about the "Stay & Play" deal which included a Free Breakfast for 2 and a Crab Legs &... More

This hotel is located on the hillside in the Cripple Creek valley. It does not have a restaurant, casino, bar or a breakfast set up. If you want any of these, you will have to hop in their van for a trip down the hill to the center of town. The room was okay; it was clean. It was an... More

This hotel hasn't been updated since the 70's or 80's (not bad if you pay 50) but for 120 too expensive for what you get. The hotel does not have a restaurant, bar or casino they are all located where you have to take a shuttle and there shuttle is a minivan. Poor hotel setup would be better to be... More

This place has the look of a chain hotel from the past that has been rebranded. Another reviewer stated it was originally a holiday inn express. Rooms are basic but fairly large. It has a large indoor pool with a jacuzzi/ hot tub attached to it. It is owned by the wildwood casino which is a five minute walk down... More

We were stuck in the town and needed a room. The hotel said they had one left but they would have to charge us extra since it was a busy week. Then the front desk asked us which room we wanted when we arrived. The money we spent for this horrible room we could have stayed at a Sheraton or... More

Don't stay here. The rooms are not like the web site pictures. When we made reservations we made them based on the Wildwood casino pictures. The hotel is not in the casino and is IPA the Hill above the Wildwood casino. The rooms are terrible. After checking in we went to town and checked out the rooms at the double... More
