We stayed here on Easter Sunday. We were looking for something off the main street of Cripple Creek that afforded us the opportunity to go gamble or just stay in and relax, we found both at the Gold Strike Inn. The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and we... More

My wife and I just returned from a four night stay at the Gold Strike Inn...We opted for the Bronco Billy Suite, and couldn't have been more pleased...We were welcomed as though we were part of the family...Ofelia was up every morning baking fresh cookies and her special breads (delicious) from scratch. Rodger was very helpful in planning our drives... More

What a great place and great hospitality. I arrived with another couple and we stayed in the 2 rooms upstairs which shared a living area. The owners were so helpful and so nice. They made us feel welcome and right at home. Fresh baked cookies were available in the morning with a lovely layout of other breakfast foods. Roger gave... More

I would definitely recommend my family and to stay at this place. Excellent views overlooking the city and mountains. 24 hour shuttle service and very close to the wildwood. Room was very comfortable and although we didn't eat there was a continental breakfast. Excellent service and Military discount a plus! Thank you Roger and Ofellia. I will go again.

Four ladies from Denver area arrived to a most inviting home. Clean and very comfortable with our host most welcoming. The owner went out of his way to be sure everything was ready and our stay could not be more pleasant. We will definitely return to Gold Strike!

WE stayed here one night when the house was not full. We chose the Queen size bed with fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. We did not use the tub, but the gas fireplace was a really nice feature. The room was a little small, but the amenities made up for it. In all honesty, Ophelia tried to switch us to the... More

We were satisfied with our host and our room. But this is not a bed and breakfast, in the traditional sense. Our host told us he does not do "breakfast". We are on our own. We could make our own breakfast in his kitchen, or we could get a cheap breakfast with his vouchers from a local restaurant. We tried... More

Made reservations same day as stay and received a great rate. The house is absolutely beautiful, located on a hill overlooking Cripple Creek. There is a shuttle to the casinos, although the walk isn't that far if you don't mind the hill coming back.

Had a wonderful one night stay here a few nights ago. The owners are very nice people who make you feel very at home. We stayed in the "Broncos Billy Suite", and it was very clean and presentable. They make cookies that are very good, as well as some homemade breakfast in morning. Overall, the price was comaprable to any... More
