The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The common areas made us feel right at home. Chris and Andrea went out of their way to make us comfortable and helped us carry all of our luggage upstairs. They really take pride in their property. The breakfast was scrumptous! Having the Townie bicycles available for guests is just what is needed... more

The Rudy combines the simplicity of mountian living with a subtle elegance. After a weekend the field and sleeping in a Holiday Inn, the comfort of the Ruby was awesome. My only regret is that my fiancee and our dogs where not there, she would have loved to take a complementary cruiser bike from the fleet for an ride around... more

We’ve stayed at a few different places in CB, but the first time we arrived at the Ruby, it felt like our own home….. The cleanliness and hospitality of the establishment is noticed the moment you take your shoes off, kick back with a cookie and a hot chocolate, and watch the powder come down. Chris is an amazing breakfast cook, for a Lawyer. Seriously, he's simply an awesome breakfast cook. Andrea makes a pretty good latte (and I think she's the brains of the operation). For the price of a mid-range hotel in any city, my wife and I were treated to the best B&B we've stayed at in 24 years of marriage. Great... more
