We travelled to Crested Butte for a little spring break trip. The staff we met was a lot of outdoorsy mountain guys who really seemed to be happy to be at the Lodge and happy to help guests. The hotel was full but you really only noticed in the evening rush at the pool, which was quite nice with the... More

Ski in ski out, the shuttle bus to town stopped in the plaza next to the hotel. The staff was very professional and made sure that you enjoyed your stay at the hotel. Our room was fantastic, great views and clean. Enjoyed having the refrigerator, kitchenette and sitting area. Great breakfast to start your day and if you did not want... More

This was our first winter trip to Crested Butte and we had an amazing time. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and happy - more so than anywhere else I've ever been. Our room was spacious and clean - plenty of room for the weekend including separate sleeping and sitting/kitchenette areas. The lodge hasn't been updated in a while... More

Since we have gone electric with a Tesla we are looking for hotels with destination charging. Unfortunately this nice hotel and really no other hotel in this part of Colorado offer destination charging. If there were more hotels to provide destination charging like Little Nell in Aspen, or in Vail the Vail Mountain Haus or the Sonnenalp we would be... More

My family of 4 really loved staying here and would absolutely stay again. There were just a few things I wish I would have known before going. First - The WiFi is really unreliable and the cell service in general is patchy in Crested Butte. This makes it really hard to keep tabs on work - which most people need... More

Love the Grand Lodge in Crested Butte. We had a mini kitchen in a separate living area. Has two TV's, nice bathroom, quiet sleeping area. Kids will love the pool, has an indoor/outdoor pool area which is larger than most hotels or condos. Pool is nice and warm and the hot tub is large. They provide robes to wear to... More

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend ski getaway. It's in a good area right next to the ski hill. The bus made for good access to the town of Crested Butte. We had a suite with a small kitchenette (microwave, small dishwasher, small refrigerator) in the living room. The bedroom was at the entrance. Interesting place... More

Came here with high expectations. Room smelled awful, carpet was torn and then when my husband and I were out to eat they called threatening to send my dog to the pound! We paid our pet deposit, his barking had stopped yet we had to return without eating dinner, so off to the vending machines we went. Upon asking the... More

I want to apologize again for the experience you had at the Grand Lodge. We are very proud to offer some dog friendly rooms and we have to make sure our other guests are not disturbed with barking dogs. This can become a difficult situation for the staff. This situation should have been handled differently. I am truly sorry we... More

Pleasant surprise was the hotel's The Woodstone Grille restaurant. Great prices, delicious entrees and a kids menu. The best part - we didn't have to leave the hotel after an awesome (but very tiring) ski day. We highly recommend The Woodstone Grille.
