I think that the Double Tree makes for an overall nice hotel and I think is worthy of a 4 star rating, despite otherwise on some sites. The hotel has a very open feel, with a big lobby, and often plays hosts to meetings and conferences. Check in was very quick and easy. The hotel staff was courteous and offered... More

Great staff and amenities. Diamond Benefits: HUGE trail mix welcome gift with bottle water and excellent breakfast buffett vouchers. Pros: Full business center Great workout room Great location Small Cons: Some of the rooms are starting to show their age but overall this is a great place to stay. I've stayed here multiple times and the staff is always willing... More

Stayed at the Doubletree Colorado Springs during a week-long business trip in Dec. While this hotel is a little dated furnishings-wise, the staff went overboard to make my stay great, from check-in, to breakfast staff, housekeeping. Everyone at the Doubletree Colorado Springs always had a smile and a hello to render, which makes the Doubletree Colorado Springs a super place... More

Went for company Christmas Party and they told my organization that all employees attending the Christmas Party can stay in the hotel at a discounted rate. I have stayed at this hotel (same one) in the past and throughout various times in the year (to include most recently before the Christmas Party). The regular room rate is $79 and their... More

Really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were some of the most pleasent and helpful of any hotel I've stayed in. I stayed on one of the floors scheduled to be 'updated' next year. What surprized me was the room I had was truely very nice. One of the things I enjoyed most was the room was large and open. I... More

Everything here is great especially the pool and hot tub. I have stayed at other hotels nearby and they cost the same or more but do not compare. Do not stay anywhere else but here. Free chocolatechip cookies. Free parking. More

I'm the lodge coordinator for a Mobile Training Team that travels all over the world. This was our 2nd time staying at this property. I can say the rooms have been upgraded with new TVs, remodeled bathrooms, new beds and a nice big gym with new equipment. Sales Manager (Susanne Bluette) and her team ensured that my group had everything... More

I am the coordinator of our semi-annual conference that brings in military and government employees from around the world. Two times a year we utilize hotels in Colorado Springs to accomodate our guests. In the past we have used the Antler's Hotel, however, due to incredible response from the DoubleTree we decided to use them. We were highly impressed with... More

The hotel is dated and it shows - but it is clean and that goes a long way with me, the beds are very comfortable which is very significant! The service is nice - internet was ehhhh (but they are reportedly upgrading) - fitness center was first rate - pool was good - in-room coffee was excellent. This is a... More

Dear valued guest, Thank you for taking some time to give me your feedback on your recent stay at the Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs. The countdown is on as far as our new room renovation. The new furniture and carpet should be here in January! We are doing a floor at a time so we won't disturb anyone during... More

A nice hotel, but out-dated....appointments are antiquated, beds are so-so. Their "breakfast buffet" was edible at best. I travel 5-6 times a month on business and ALWAYS stay in Hilton brand hotels. I would say this one is not quite up to par with their standards. With that said, the room was clean, they have a pretty nice fitness room,... More

Dear valued guest, Thanks for writing your comments about your recent stay at the hotel. It was a place that people used to visit and still is. We have the highest occupancy in the city as far as full service hotels. Our customer service and friendliness goes a long way. Yes, it's old in some places around the hotel and... More
