Stayed here for a week while visiting family. Overall the stay was great. The 2 bedroom was perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was very good. Had a problem communicating with housekeeping even through the pre-printed request cards and not sure that clean sheets were on one of the beds upon arrival, but it was taken care of. I would... more

1) You have to call the desk to find out when checkout is because the binder with hotel information is missing. 2) There's a card to circle pictures of items you need because housekeeping doesn't speak English. 3) The orange juice in the morning was essentially orange-colored water. 4) No one at the desk for half an hour in the... more

Just got back from a week here. Stayed in a studio (all rooms may be studios). Outside entrance to your room so no hauling your luggage down long halls and you can step outside to smoke or just get a breath of fresh air. Outside patio with sliding doors in addition to entrance. Small living room with fireplace (paper wrapped... more

This is a nice Residence Inn with a very friendly staff and a great breakfast. The location is great, although a little tricky if you want to depart to the north. I was surprised to hear the 5AM footsteps overhead as the guests in the upstairs suite walked around. Usually this doesn't happen in a Res Inn. The Studio units... more

We were staying in Colorado Springs for almost a week and choose the Residence Inn Central based on previous reviews. We are traveling with our dog and Residence Inn is a great place to stay with pets. There is a one time pet fee of $75 at this property. There are nice paths and streets to walk your dog behind... more

I traveled here on business in October 07 and have to say I was disappointed. First the Pros: Pros: Really nice staff (for the most part). Great breakfast buffet. I particularly loved the waffles! The room was large and nicely appoint if somewhat out of date. Cons: Okay, well the place is on North Academy so I expected some noise... more

Stayed for almost a week on business. Pluses include free full breakfast, large room with kitchenette, very clean and well-kept, free wi-fi, nice distant view of mountains. The hotel is located on a busy road (Academy Blvd.) and tricky to access to and from northbound lanes. Business center consisted of one computer and printer. There are 12 two-story buildings with... more

Generally I like the concept of Residence Inn in that it's nice to have a full kitchen with fridge and real plates and utensils. The problem is unless you are a single traveler the studio is not that comfortable. I found the bed to be extremely hard, and would have like a king bed for 2 adults. The most annoying... more

We make an annual trip to Colorado Springs before Christmas to take the kids to Santa's Workshop so they can sit on Santa's lap and give him their Christmas lists. We have done this every year for about 9 years and have stayed at this particular hotel at least 3 or 4 times. The room we were in appears to... more
