I travel 8-10 times a year and every August for the past 10 years I have stayed at the Broadmoor for a business convention and every year it is the best place I stay and the other places I stay are high end Hotels. This year was no exception. The service is always exceptional. I have never found a hotel... More

I have been fortunate to stay at wonderful properties but, the Broadmoor is the best! We stayed in the south tower and the room was wonderful. Lots of neat automation e.g. touch screens that control the drapes etc. The property was perfect as was the restaurants. It is the kind of resort where you do not have to leave for... More

Just returned from 4 nite stay. This hotel is beyond awesome. My husband and I are Marriott folks and have seen some incredible properties of theirs all over, so we have a standard. The Broadmoor blew us away!! EVERY employee of this gorgeously landscaped property is genuine, friendly, and greet you everywhere you go. The meals at the restaunts are... More

Every single member of the extensive staff at the Broadmoor go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. The setting is beautiful and we especially enjoyed walking around and sitting by the lake enjoying nature. We even saw deer wander across the lawn and stop to snack on the bushes. The Broadmoor is expensive, but worth it if... More

it is difficult to post this review because I have had a number of good experiences at this property, but something has changed. In the past i have found the accomadations and the staff to be among the best in the country. However, on my most recent stay , I found the front desk staff, including the manager to be... More

We just returned from 4 nights at the Broadmoor for a conference. We stayed in a beautiful suite with a huge living room and separate king bedroom, office and large bath with clawfoot tub and shower. The service was impeccable as was the gorgeous views of this property. I would highly recommend the resort as a place to enjoy the... More

Enjoyed a four night stay at The Broadmoor for a company conference. Definitely a nice hotel but about the the farthest thing from chic. Not exactly somewhere I'd stay on my own but certainly a nice retreat. Rooms are of varying quality--I saw several--as are the common spaces. Some are very well-kept, others more run down. Navigating this place is... More

My husband had to take a trip here for company meetings, and I took advantage of the opportunity to stay at this resort. I had read and seen so much about the Broadmoor, and I was excited to stay here. I was not disappointed. The view from our room was like a picture. We had a very nice large balcony... More

We visited the Broadmoor in the Spring for a weekend getaway. It seems a throwback to the good ol' days, but not always in a good way. The rooms are a bit dated; it has the feel of a lodge in the Catskills, and you almost expect a sockhop or water volleyball game to break out at any moment. Some... More

The Broadmoor offers the finest in scenery, accommodations, friendliness, and activities there is to offer. The mountainous backdrop, the golf course and the lake that rests in the middle of the two main buildings provides the ultimate in luxurious surroundings. The room was a patio suite...much bigger than expected. Very clean too. The staff was soooo pleasant every time you... More
