I stayed at The Broadmoor for a Business Trip/Conference and I had a wonderful experience. The buildings and grounds were beautiful, the attractions in the surrounding area (Pike's Peak, the Garden of the Gods, etc.) were amazing and the quality and service of the staff (hotel, spa, restaurants, etc.) was impeccable. I love that they allow dogs and would definitely... More

My husband reserved a room for my birthday this past weekend. The property and our room were lovely. King size bed was comfortable and we had a nice view of the lake and the mountains as we were in the main building. Each employee from the valet to desk were very friendly and welcoming. So, why the let down? We... More

Beautiful grounds, fabulous view. Overpriced cafeteria food. The overpriced bowling was the highlight. Forced to bowl next to people whilst one lane (not the broken one) was open. Lampshades everywhere are crooked giving a haunted mansion vibe and not pleasing to perfectionists. Golf was fine but bathrooms were horrifying according to the boys. Balcony was fabulous - wind was blocked... More

Stayed here for a business conference for 4 nights. It's my 3rd visit to the Broadmoor. It is beautiful in a uniquely classic American way. Exceptional continuous but discrete upkeep and cleaning activities keep it from showing its age. Tastefully ornate. Striking mountain views. BUT, I travel a lot around the country to many types of hotels; and purely as... More

Huge beautiful complex, with friendly staff that anticipates your every need. I stayed for a work conference and would go back for vacation! Very large modern fitness room. Shuttle that will take you to the zoo or the head of hiking trails. Onsite restaurants and room service were excellent.

I accompanied my husband to the Broadmoor hotel where he was attending a meeting. He used to have yearly meetings in a small Texas town with no decent hotels, so I chose to stay home. However, this year the group changed the venue and I was thrilled to have an opportunity to stay at the Broadmoor. I used to be... More

My husband and I attended a conference at the Broadmoor but if it weren't for the conference we probably would never select a resort like this one. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The employees are very well trained on how to provided excellent customer service! The hotel and the rooms are a little ornaite for my... More

Service is really great, spa was outstanding, grounds are lovely, but I noticed a few things that seemed a bit un-Broadmoorish. One night after turn down service our door was left ajar and another we didn't get turn down service at all. Still a fabulous time and I am going to overlook a few incidents.

I've been to Colorado Springs many times and never visited this beautiful property until this year. It is absolutely stunning in every way. The lobbies are so gorgeous and the views are perfection. My son and I walked the grounds while we waited to eat at the Golden Bee restaurant and I thought it was eye candy. I can't wait... More

My husband and I took our two kids 8 and 9 to stay for two nights during spring break. They upgraded us from the main building to a cottage room upon arrival. Our cottage had a large family room with a fireplace, a separate bedroom with two beds and a big bathroom and located on the golf course. This was... More
