The Broadmoor is truly a luxurious resort. The rooms are beautiful, the views of the mountains are breathtaking and the service is great. While the resort is a bit pricy you do feel like you are in a special place. The only complaint is the pool was a bit dirty and they didn't clean up the plates and glasses around... More

We stayed here with teen kids for four nights. The room in the west building was very well appointed with a TV in bathroom too, on mirror. The marble bathroom felt spa-like. I was surprised that the bathroom did not have a fan/vent. I reviewed the restaurants separately but in a nutshell I recommend staying away from tavern. Go to... More

Nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountains, the Broadmoor is the five star jewel of Colorado Springs. The Old World beauty combined with top notch elegance and seamless service never fail to provide a memorable stay. Since its inception, The Broadmoor has added, and continues to add, more than just a touch of class to the Wild Wild West.

We spent 5 nights over Thanksgiving in a superb room at a phenomenal price. Our previous Thanksgivings were spent at Williamsburg, VA where we got to know the staff after so many visits. We felt just as much at home here after the first night. Next time we'll probably get one with a fireplace, but they have so many in... More

I stayed at the Broadmoor as part of a large group, but my hotel experiences were mainly as an individual. I believe that the Broadmoor and its surroundings are in a class by themselves- expensive, but leaving you with the feeling that at least you enjoyed your entire money's worth. However, aside from the setting and facilities, I had the... More

This place is a gem in every sense of the word. Guests are treated like royalty from the moment they check in by every single staff member who works at the Broadmoor. The grounds are spacious and immaculately kept, and the rooms are well-appointed. Evening turn-down service is a nice little perk. I have attended several conferences here, and I... More

Someone describing this place does not do it justice. You must stay here to understand how beautiful the hotel grounds are, the service and the rooms. I attended a conference here and was delighted not to leave the hotel grounds for any reason. It had everything I needed there plus the green beauty was mesmerizing. I think I had a... More

All is well in the upper atmosphere in this part of the world. My first stay (a long weekend in early December) at the prestigious Broadmoor didn't disappoint - the service was excellent, the accommodations above par, as was the quality of the food. Yet, the food failed to live up to its costs. The room was priced relative to... More

Stayed at the Broadmoor in October 2014 and enjoyed every minute, even though it was for a business trip. Restaurants were great, staff extremely helpful and the spa was lovely and relaxing after a day of meetings. Beautiful location, well kept and would go back in a flash!
